Fiquei decepcionada, pois se soubesse da demora, iria pessoalmente.
The in-store service is great. However, I had to make the request via WhatsApp and the message I left at 8.23am, was answered at 11am! At 12.52hs I received the information about the payment. Too bad the online service.
I was disappointed, because if I knew about the delay, I would go personally.
