Aluguei um andaime na sexta-feira era por volta das 15:30 pra ser entregue no mesmo dia ,aí fui informada que teria que ter ido na parte da manhã ,sendo que eu já tinha ido a um dia atrás e fui informada que lá funcionava até as 18 hrs .“
Ai vem o descaso, aluguei por um 1 dia pq eles não faziam entrega no sábado valor 90.00 reais
O andaime foi usado no sábado ,está lá parado agora na segunda me ligaram na parte da manhã sendo que quando eu fui lá a atendente me passou que seria retirado na segunda.
Agora pq será retirado na parte da tarde será cobrado mais 25 reais .
O andaime teve que ser pago a vista na sexta e agora mais isso .
Ai a atendente que é muito educada veio me dizer que se eu tivesse alugado por uma semana sairia $101,00 ?♀️Aí te pergunto ,falta de respeito com o consumidor ,falta de bom senso da pessoa no atendimento .
Como disse meu gesseiro cadê as rodinhas do andaimes tinha que ter vindo ,isso é algo que nem se pergunta tem que está incluso .
Não indico pra ninguém ,péssimo pessimo .

I rented a scaffolding on Friday it was around 3:30 pm to be delivered the same day, then I was told that I would have had to go in the morning, since I had already gone a day ago and I was informed that it worked there until 6 pm "
Here comes the neglect, I rented for a day because they did not deliver on Saturday value 90.00 reais
The scaffolding was used on Saturday, it is standing there now on Monday, they called me in the morning and when I went there the attendant told me it would be removed on Monday.
Now because it will be withdrawn in the afternoon you will be charged another 25 reais.
The scaffolding had to be paid in cash on Friday and now that's it.
Then the attendant who is very polite came to tell me that if I had rented for a week it would cost $ 101.00 ?♀️Here I ask you, lack of respect with the consumer, lack of common sense of the person in the service.
As my plasterer said, where the wheels of the scaffolding had to come from, this is something that you don’t even have to ask for is included.
I do not recommend it to anyone, very bad.
