Tive que trocar um equipamento que loquei e não consegui que viessem fazer a troca, pois todos os caminhoes estavam ocupados, nem no dia , nem no dia seguinte. Daí propus abrir um novo contrato e a moça disse que no dia seguinte entregaria!! Espertos ou não? Pra troca não pode, mas pra ganhar em um contrato novo pode!!! Horrível! Não recomendo , nunca mais eu volto.
Bad service, it takes too long to answer. I had to change a piece of equipment that I put in and I couldn't get them to make the change, because all the roads were occupied, neither on the day nor on the next day. So I proposed to open a new contract and the girl said that the next day she would deliver it !! Smart or not? You can't for exchange, but to win on a new contract you can !!! Horrible! I don't recommend it, I'll never be back.
