★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei muito do atendimento, até porque ainda não fui atendido. Liguei no número e atenderam, porém disseram para aguardar, fiquei uns 5 min. esperando. Não sei se é comigo, mas foram 4X que isso aconteceu.
I didn't like the service very much, because I haven't been served yet. I called the number and they answered, but they said to wait, I stayed about 5 min. waiting. I don't know if it's me, but it was 4X that this happened.

O processo para locação é um tanto burocrático, porém necessário devido ao valor dos equipamentos. Ainda assim é um processo rápido que vale a pena pelo custo benefício. Ótimo atendimento e orientação sobre como usar o equipamento.
At Casa do Construtor we can rent scaffolding, concrete mixers, cleaning equipment and much more.
The lease process is somewhat bureaucratic, but necessary due to the value of the equipment. Still, it's a quick process that's worth the cost. Great service and guidance on how to use the equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unico elogio é para atendente Tamiris, o restante é pessimo, não buscam o item na data combinada, e agora paguei antecipado e não para de chegar e-mail de cobrança, e ninguem resolve, só to vendo a hora que me protestar por conta desse valor, não indico. Por conta de um alguel de 24h, to perdendo muito tempo.
The only compliment is for the attendant Tamiris, the rest is terrible, they don't look for the item on the agreed date, and now I paid in advance and the billing email keeps coming, and no one solves it, I'm just watching when I protest because of this value, do not indicate. Because of a 24-hour rental, I'm wasting a lot of time.
