E só enrolaçao, estou juntando todos os emails e dados das ligações que fiz para acionar justiça, PIOR EMPRESA, NÃO COMPREM ONLINE SO TERÃO DOR DE CABEÇA! Eles se negam a resolver o problema que eles próprios criaram. Empresa ridícula, total desrespeito com o consumidor
 Never buy on Ferreira Costa's website, I made the mistake of buying, they didn't even deliver the product or refund me the amount, 10 days trying to solve it, several calls a day. And just ramble, I'm gathering all the emails and data from the calls I made to file justice, WORST COMPANY, DO NOT BUY ONLINE YOU WILL ONLY HAVE A HEADACHE! They refuse to solve the problem they created. Ridiculous company, total disregard for the consumer

Tem uma infinidade de produtos, de material para construção, a ferramentas, utensílios domésticos, jardinagem e eletrodomésticos e eletrônicos, e tem muitos, mas muitos funcionários, todos muito educados e prestativos. O valor dos produtos é aquela coisa; uns mais baratos, outros mais caros que os dos concorrentes, mas nas vezes que estive, haviam muitas promoções. De modo geral gostei bastante da loja. Recomendo que façam orçamento lá antes de fechar a compra.
It is very pleasant to walk around the store. It has a multitude of products, from building materials, to tools, household items, gardening and appliances and electronics, and it has many, many employees, all very polite and helpful. The value of products is that thing; some cheaper, others more expensive than the competitors, but when I was there, there were many promotions. Overall, I really liked the store. I recommend that you budget there before closing the purchase.
