★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Estava com uma lista enorme de material e não consegui ser atendido. E não foi porque a loja estava cheia não, a loja estava vazia e os funcionários todos lá no caixa conversando e rindo. precisei interromper a rodinha pra conseguir um atendimento. por fim, os valores não batiam com o que tinham nos passado anteriormente pelo whatsapp. A loja é uma negação em questão atendimento. Não recomendo !!!
 Terrible attendance! I had a huge list of material and I couldn't be answered. And it wasn't because the store was full, the store was empty and the employees all there at the checkout talking and laughing. I had to interrupt the wheel to get an appointment. finally, the values did not match what had been given to us previously by whatsapp. The store is a denial in service issue. I do not recommend !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui comprar uma cerâmica e ao questionar uma atendente se aquela seria para áreas externas( obviamente resistente a agua). A vendedora me diz " Olhe vai do gosto do cliente." Ao pergunto a vocês como assim uma cerâmica vai por gosto do cliente, se eu não tiver conhecimento da característica do material que estiver comprando e posteriormente ocorrer uma perda de qualidade iria me sentir prejudicado, afinal escolhi apenas por gosto e não por um conjunto de informações do produto. Piada não recomendo essa loja ?
I went to buy a pottery and asked an attendant if it would be for outdoor areas (obviously water resistant). The salesperson says to me "Look at the customer's taste." When I ask you how a ceramic goes according to the customer's taste, if I am not aware of the characteristics of the material I am buying and later on, a loss of quality would occur, I would feel harmed, after all I chose it only for taste and not for a set of information of product. Joke I don't recommend this store ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os preços são bons, no entanto o atendimento é ruim, os pedidos feito pelo whatsapp da loja para serem entregues a domicílio vem todos errados, trocados. Não tinha um determinado produto na loja e eles mandaram outro no lugar, mas na nota fiscal estava registrada exatamente o produto que eles não tinham no momento. Enfim, zero respeito com os clientes.
The prices are good, however the service is bad, the orders placed by the store's WhatsApp to be delivered at home are all wrong, exchanged. There wasn't a certain product in the store and they sent another one instead, but the invoice was exactly the product they didn't have at the time. In short, zero respect for customers.
