★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente insatisfeita! Meu cachorro voltou super arisco e com medo. Passou a se esconder pelos cantos e com um comportamento fora do normal dele, que já foi à outros petshops.
Dessa vez passou a ter medo até de aproximação “brusca”. Tentei entender esse comportamento pesquisando com conhecidos que já levaram ao mesmo lugar e infelizmente encontrei dois casos semelhantes; confirmaram os mesmos comportamentos em seus bichinhos. Peço que avaliem os colaboradores e verifiquem como estão cuidando de seus clientes. Com certeza há alguém trabalhando sem paciência. Isso é inadmissível!
Totally dissatisfied! My dog came back super skittish and scared. He started to hide in the corners and with an unusual behavior of him, who has already been to other petshops.
This time he became afraid even of a “sudden” approach. I tried to understand this behavior by researching acquaintances who have already led to the same place and unfortunately I found two similar cases; confirmed the same behaviors in their pets. I ask you to evaluate employees and see how they are taking care of their customers. There is certainly someone working without patience. That is inadmissible!
