Não é muito perto da praia porém está muito bem localizado, é próximo de padaria, restaurantes, academia e do praia shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nossa hospedagem foi pelo airbnb e ficamos no flat do segundo andar. O local é muito limpo, organizado, a síndica é muito atenciosa e em fremte existe a padaria Búzios com opções para todas as refeições do dia. Tapiocas deliciosas além de quitandas e cafés.
Our accommodation was through airbnb and we stayed in the second floor flat. The place is very clean, organized, the manager is very attentive and there is also the Búzios bakery with options for all meals of the day. Delicious tapiocas in addition to greengrocers and cafes.
