★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sempre que posso faço minha doação, já fiquei muito tempo sem contribuir e nunca fui mau atendida e muito menos mau tratada se alguém tem alguma reclamação a fazer acho que deveriam procurar ouvidoria ou o responsável do atendimento para que não tenhamos mais esse tipo de reclamação. Pois a instituição e muito boa e ajuda bastante a quem precisa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre ligam aqui na empresa onde trabalho, mentem dizendo que combinaram isso e aquilo sendo que não é verdade, na verdade nunca combinamos nada, doação não é nenhuma conta ou contrato que somos obrigados a pagar, doação vem de coração, vocês precisam aprender isso amiguinhas que ligam aqui.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma doação acredito que em Maio/16, e desde então não param de ligar no meu trabalho pedindo doação. Expliquei que não estou em condições de doar, pois acabei de me casar e estou contando moedas para poder pagar as contas. Mas a atendente em todas as ligações é muito grossa, como se fosse minha obrigação doar. Frases como "deveria pensar antes de dar certeza" e "você prometeu" são sempre repetidas, sendo que deixei claro que não poderia doar, e ela sempre diz que eu falei que poderia doar TAL dia, que ela havia anotado e tudo mais.
Acredito que a partir do momento em que SE COBRA UMA DOAÇÃO, os valores são totalmente perdidos. Doação tem que vir do coração, de livre vontade.

Uma "atendente" me ligou agora e me odeio por não lembrar o nome desta pessoa no momento, e questionou o fato de não doar faz tempo, como se fosse obrigação minha doar, pelo que sei doamos quando podemos. Infelizmente tenho minhas contas a pagar e ganho pouco, não é sempre que vou ter disponível. Agora ser super mal atendida por isso? Falar para mim que sempre dou essa DESCULPA? Assim que tiver dinheiro, vou voltar a doar, mas para alguma outra instituição sólida, de respeito e séria. Essa é uma piada e tenho dó das crianças que precisam dela para viver bem.

Hoje continuo doando, a outra moça que me liga ou passa mensagem pelo WhatsApp é super educada também, o motoboy super gente fina, pra mim o importante é o trabalho que eles fazem, se eu pudesse doaria mais.
