★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento no whatsapp precisa melhorar muito, não tem fluidez, a sensação que não estão dando atenção é enorme. Tive que repetir várias vezes as mesmas informações. Confirmei a compra e só fui sinalizado que a entrega seria para outro dia após uns 15min, quando perguntei quanto tempo demoraria pra chegar. Faltou clareza no atendimento. Fiquei chateado pois havia recebido excelentes indicações da Farmácia e de seu mix de produtos.
 WhatsApp service needs to improve a lot, there is no fluidity, the feeling that they are not paying attention is huge. I had to repeat the same information several times. I confirmed the purchase and was only signaled that the delivery would be for another day after about 15min, when I asked how long it would take to arrive. Clarity in the service was lacking. I was upset because I had received excellent recommendations from the pharmacy and its product mix.

Today I saw the new installations and I was delighted with the space! It is wider than the previous one - twice the size -, has a greater variety of products, parking for customers and friendly attendants. Highly recommend!

Se você precisar de informações mais detalhadas sobre algum produto, é mais fácil agendar uma audiência com o papa do que obter. Atendentes qualificados apenas para vender em escala, mas péssimos para informar sobre produtos. Quem já conheceu a farmácia de antes, lamenta pelo péssimo atendimento de hoje. Paciência!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Logo ao chegar já tive uma abordagem no estacionamento bem negativa, mesmo explicando que estava esperando minha esposa p entrar fui orientado a tirar o carro caso não foce entrar, que era ordens da direção. Obs. Estacionamento vazio! Desistir e fui embora.
Conselho: esperem a pessoa desembarcar do veículo p saber a intenção do msm.
As soon as I arrived, I already had a very negative approach to the parking lot, even though I explained that I was waiting for my wife to get in, I was told to take the car out if I didn't get in, which was orders from the direction. Note Empty parking lot! Give up and leave.
Advice: wait for the person to disembark from the vehicle to know the intention of the msm.
