O responsável desta farmácia deveria ficar de olho em quem está responsável em responder as mensagens/ atender pelo WhatsApp, pois parece que os atendentes não fazem a menor questão de atender, responder dúvidas ou esclarecer qualquer questão, que é o que qualquer farmácia do gênero faz, e faz prontamente, com educação e eficiência. Quando a atendente responde, é extremamente ríspida, parece que lhe estão fazendo um favor.... Desisti de fazer meus medicamentos neste local, pois se com o atendimento ao cliente é assim, imaginem como são feitos os remédios...

Perguntei quando estaria pronto, disseram que no dia seguinte, a partir das 9:00h. Minha filha foi buscar as 10:40h, mas não estava pronto. Liguei e pedi que entregassem no trabalho dela, que fica próximo, porque ela não poderia mais sair no horário do expediente para buscar. Daí quiseram me cobrar taxa de entrega, quando deveriam entregar sem taxa, já que o atraso foi por culpa deles. Seria melhor dar um prazo maior para a entrega do que descumprir o prazo dado no ato da encomenda.
