★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preços altíssimos. Não tem pronta entrega. Não tem nada de "brinde" pra quem vai comprar uma moto (jaqueta, capacete, luva, emplacamento). Atendimento amigável, apesar de tudo.
Extremely high prices. There is no prompt delivery. There's nothing like a "freebie" for someone who's going to buy a motorcycle (jacket, helmet, gloves, license plate). Friendly service, though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em relação ao serviço de revisão, nota 0. Não recomendo. Deixei minha moto para revisar em relação ao Km que ela estava. Demorou muito até a moto voltar, mas ao tentarem me devolver a moto achei estranho porque pelo km da moto iria precisar trocar algumas peças, então indaguei a atendente em relação ao serviço feito e ela chamou o mecânico.
Resumindo: o mecânico disse que não sabia que era revisão e ficou meio sem jeito para falar que só trocou o óleo da moto e queriam me cobrar o valor da revisão cheio, não vou adentrar em mais detalhes quanto ao ocorrido mas deixo aqui minha uma estrela.
Regarding the review service, grade 0. I don't recommend it. I left my motorcycle to review in relation to the km it was. It took a long time for the bike to come back, but when they tried to return the bike to me, I found it strange because, due to the km of the bike, I would need to change some parts, so I asked the attendant about the service done and she called the mechanic.
In short: the mechanic said he didn't know it was an overhaul and was a little embarrassed to say that he only changed the motorcycle oil and they wanted to charge me the full overhaul fee, I won't go into more details about what happened but I'll leave my one star here .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tinha um consórcio na concorrência, optei por mudar de modelo, um absurdo o valor na concorrência, paguei na convem 3.600,00 R$ à menos, um Ótimo atendimento, dei entrada no processo recebi a moto em menos de 15 dias corridos, só desconfiei porque o valor da especial era o mesmo da comum, sendo que a concessionária paga 900,00 R$ à menos na comum, pesquisei e não fui enganado na convem.
