Sempre mantive meu honda com as revisões em dia em outras cidades. Porém o atendimento deixou muito a desejar quando fiz nessa cidade. Somente se preocuparam em oferecer novos serviços e produtos e não ofereceram nem o transporte após deixar o veículo na concessionária, tive que retornar por conta própria.
A outra experiência foi quando pensei em trocar de veículo. Fui até a área de semi novos e talvez pela minha idade ou algum outro fator de julgamento, fui pessimamente atendido pelo vendedor que não me ofereceu nenhuma possibilidade para a troca do meu veículo (mesmo sendo um Civic todo revisado pela Honda) e mostrar que tinha interesse real em fechar negócio.
Não recomendo e não volto a fazer negócio com essa concessionária.
 I had two bad experiences:
I always kept my honda up-to-date with revisions in other cities. However, the service left a lot to be desired when I did it in this city. They were only concerned about offering new services and products and did not even offer transportation after leaving the vehicle at the dealership, I had to return on my own.
The other experience was when I thought about changing vehicles. I went to the area of new semis and maybe because of my age or some other judgment factor, I was badly assisted by the seller who didn't offer me any possibility to exchange my vehicle (even though it's a Civic all overhauled by Honda) and show that he had real interest in closing the deal.
I do not recommend and will not do business with this dealership again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja deixa muito a desejar e o carro Zero (até então completinho) não tem nem vidro automático ao travar o veículo. Hoje, ao registrar a reclamação ao vendedor, o mesmo disse que a Honda não oferece em nenhum dos carros, mas que há uma relação de opcionais que podem ser adquiridos separadamente...o que me surpreendeu foi o fato de não ter sido informada antes de efetivarmos a compra e tão pouco ter oferecido os opcionais para que incorporasse à venda!! Há outros pontos que também não Foram nada satisfatórios, mas este realmente foi de muita falta de respeito com o consumidor!
Store leaves a lot to be desired and the Zero car (until then complete) doesn't even have automatic glass when braking the vehicle. Today, when registering the complaint to the seller, he said that Honda does not offer it in any of the cars, but that there is a list of options that can be purchased separately... of making the purchase and not having offered the options for it to be incorporated for sale!! There are other points that were not satisfactory either, but this one was really disrespectful to the consumer!

O bom atendimento só é realizado enquanto a garantia do veículo está ativa. Após vencimento da garantia o atendimento ao cliente é péssimo.
