★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA, demora muito grande na oficina, agendei para 13:00 horas a revisão e até agora ás 16:30 h, e nem pegaram minha moto ainda, acho que essa história de agendamento é furada...???
Hoje, sábado dia 23/11/2019, o atendimento foi bem melhor que a vez passada, como podem vê no comentário acima. Os mecânicos Carlinhos e Francisco, super gente boa, e ADM Renan desenrolado. Minha queixa vai para as funcionárias do caixa que foram embora e não esperaram o mecânico terminar a revisão para receberem o pagamento, não tiveram espírito de equipe.

Today, Saturday 11/23/2019, the service was much better than last time, as you can see in the above comment. Mechanics Carlinhos and Francisco, super good people, and ADM Renan rolled out. My complaint goes to the cashiers who left and didn't wait for the mechanic to finish the review to get paid, they didn't have a team spirit.
