★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A experiência da compra foi boa, atenderam aos prazos até um pouco antes, mas o pós venda deixa muito a desejar, agendamentos de serviços são complicados de forma que quando consegue realizar o agendamento os serviços demoram muito. Hoje vim apenas troca o óleo, foi agendado para as 15h o rapaz levou minha moto as 14:50 e estou saindo da lojas as 16:05, 01:15min para simplesmente uma troca de óleo, quando depois de algum tempo fui verificar a moto estava parada, após minha reclamação foi que realizaram a troca. A experiência de manutenções na oficina não são as melhores.
The purchase experience was good, they met the deadlines even a little earlier, but the after-sales leaves a lot to be desired, service scheduling is complicated so that when you manage to make the appointment, the services take a long time. Today I just came to change the oil, it was scheduled for 3:00 pm the guy took my bike at 2:50 pm and I'm leaving the store at 4:05 pm, 1:15 am for simply an oil change, when after some time I went to check the bike I was stopped, after my complaint was that they made the exchange. The experience of maintenance in the workshop is not the best.
