★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento, péssimo, minha experiência com essa Honda novo tempo foi horrível, eles n presta pra nada, só presta pra enrolar, fui contemplado, peguei o lance, me disseram q a moto chegava a 15 dias, já vai fazer 3 meses, pedi a devolução do lance e nem isso eles me devolveram

Hoje pela manhã, fui um dos primeiros a chegar, depois de mais de uma hora de espera e de já terem levado a moto para dentro, decidiram não fazer o procedimento. Disseram que estavam cheios e que eu teria que remarcar. Acontece que se eu já tinha marcado, o mínimo a se fazer seria ligar pra mim remarcando antes. Tenho direito de ser atendido, preciso da moto com urgência. Infelizmente, foi uma falta de respeito com o cliente que levou a moto para fazer um conserto caro e que já estava com tudo programado há semanas. Lamentável!
Bad workshop service. I scheduled a repair at the workshop 17 days ago. This morning, I was one of the first to arrive, after more than an hour of waiting and having already taken the bike inside, they decided not to do the procedure. They said they were full and that I would have to reschedule. It turns out that if I had already made an appointment, the least thing to do would be to call me by making an appointment first. I have the right to be served, I need the bike urgently. Unfortunately, it was a lack of respect with the customer that took the bike to make an expensive repair and that had been scheduled for weeks. Unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta sendo desastrosa! Paguei o boleto de lance dia 25 de maio e ate o momento não recebir a moto. Sem contar que a premeira vaz qua ligue era o quinto da lista de espera e hoje mim disseram que sou o setimo!
Uma vergonha, estou muito chateado!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente pelo Não façam manutenção na Honda Valença Bahia, eu coloquei minha moto lá e saiu pior do q estava ,não fizeram nada para resolver o problema,na verdade fui enrolada ,eles não abrem a moto não fazem limpeza ,levei a um mecânico de terceira ,ao abrir a moto até eu me assustei me senti lesada , roubada sei lá , só sei q comeram meu dinheiro e eu quero de volta ...paguei caro por serviço q na verdade não existiu,,,, cuidado
People at Honda Valença Bahia don't do maintenance, I put my bike there and it came out worse than it was, they didn't do anything to solve the problem, in fact I was tricked, they don't open the bike, they don't clean it, I took it to a third-class mechanic , when I opened the bike, I even got scared, I felt injured, robbed, I don't know, I just know that they ate my money and I want it back... I paid dearly for a service that actually didn't exist,,,, be careful
