Selecionei a opção 1 (vendas) e a moça que me atendeu recepcionou com um "Tãozinho motos", saudei ela com um boa tarde, que é o mínimo de educação, e falei que procurei no Google o número do cicle do Tãozinho + o que eu precisava. Sem deixar com que eu terminasse de falar, a abençoada me transferiu sem NENHUM AVISO! Nem um "vou te transferir pra loja", "só um momento", sei lá, educação gente. Resumindo o atendimento na outra loja foi mais ou menos, mas deixaram de fazer uma venda por conta de funcionários mal educados. Não recomendo à ninguém e quando eu comentei sobre o acontecido com algumas pessoas conhecidas, me disseram que o atendimento é péssimo mesmo.

In short, the service at the other store was more or less, but they stopped making a sale due to rude employees. I don't recommend it to anyone and when I commented on what happened to some people I know, they told me that the service is really bad.

Fiz vários consórcios com eles e em todas as contemplações fiz a retirada da moto, pra isso é pra oferecer outro consórcio eles atendem na hora, nesse último que fiz quero retirar a carta de crédito e eles estão cobrando uma taxa de 280,00 pra fazer os requisitos, processo que não gasta cinco minutos, um absurdo, a própria central de atendimento Honda disse que é um procedimento indevido.
