O professor é paciente e sempre disposto a acrescentar algo novo ao treino, vibrando com cada acerto e apoiando nas mudanças pra corrigir os erros. Enfim, um lugar excelente pra aprender algo novo e que nos ajudará no condicionamento fisico e mental.
Great teaching didactics, combining technical and theoretical, managing to pass, mainly to beginners, the necessary knowledge for evolution. The teacher is patient and always willing to add something new to the training, vibrating with each hit and supporting changes to correct mistakes. Anyway, an excellent place to learn something new and that will help us in physical and mental conditioning.
