★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu me consulto nesse hospital a 3 anos, quando era o Dr, Galileu que gerenciava era uma maravilha, mas depois que ele saiu virou uma bagunça.
Ontem tive lá pra marcar uns exames, perguntei na portaria que horas começava a marcação o rapaz disse que era as 09:00 horas, quando a senhora chegou para atender ela não deu a minha pra quem ia marcar e tinha um aviso dizendo que a marcação de exames começava as 10:00 da manhã, o que e um absurdo, por que a gente chega só marcar e sair cedo.
A atendente e muito despreparada quer discutir com o paciente, sem falarem que ela saí toda hora do seu posto pra tá fazendo sei o que e ir pegar material em outro lugar, sendo que se o local de trabalho dela e lá ela deveria ter tudo que ela precisa no local onde ela vai trabalhar sem precisar tá saindo.
Não tinha mas ninguém pra ser atendido pra fazer exames e ela podendo chamar que ia marcar exame ela fez de propósito ela saiu do seu posto e só voltou as 10:00 pra marcar e um absurdo e falta de preparo... PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO
I have been seeing this hospital for 3 years, when Dr. Galileo was managing it, it was wonderful, but after he left it became a mess.
Yesterday I was there to schedule some exams, I asked at the concierge what time the appointment would start, the guy said it was 9:00 am, when the lady arrived to attend, she didn't give mine to whoever was going to book and there was a notice saying that the appointment exams started at 10:00 in the morning, which is absurd, because we only arrive to schedule and leave early.
The attendant is very unprepared and wants to discuss with the patient, not to mention that she left her post all the time to do I know what and go get material elsewhere, considering that if her workplace and there, she should have everything she needs she needs it in the place where she goes to work without needing to go out.
There was no one to be seen for exams and she could call that she was going to schedule an exam, she did it on purpose, she left her clinic and only came back at 10:00 am to schedule and an absurdity and lack of preparation... POOR SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inicialmente elogios ao atendimento pelo telefone,depois portaria super atencioso, recepção ótima, forma de pagamentos ótimo, rapidez no atendimento (feito particular)ótimo, até aí tudo bem,se não fosse pela grande falta de higiene da moça na hora de limpar um aparelho que (iria ser colocado na visão de minha mãe), a moça simplesmente limpa o aparelho em sua blusa,sim a blusa com que ela transita em toda a clínica, inclusive talvez tenha vindo de casa com ela,e a moça ao ser questionada por mim,apenas me disse que era para o aparelho funcionar melhor na visão de minha mãe ,fiquei indignada,reclamei para o setor responsável de lá,para que isso não se repita

A profissional oftalmologista muito cuidadosa, dialoga bem com o paciente, orienta, demonstrando total atenção no atendimento.
