Sinceramente não acredito que a Hope, mantem a qualidade na matéria prima de quando se colocaram no mercado. Além dessas peças também tive problemas com o maiô de praia, que só de ter sido molhado pela água da piscina e do mar, ficou manchado pelo tecido colorido do forro. É uma vergonha!! Não quiseram fazer a troca, mercadorias caras e sem qualidade. Como se não bastasse a falta de responsabilidade da Loja Hope da Rua Oscar Freire, a gerente desrespeitando o código do consumidor, artigo que se refere ao controle de qualidade, ME SUGERIU DOAR AS PEÇAS PARA UMA CAMPANHA QUE A LOJA SE ENVOLVEU. ABSURDO!! DESRESPEITO, INDIFERENÇA, OPORTUNISMO NA HORA DA VENDA FAZENDO QUE A GENTE ACREDITE ESTAR COMPRANDO UM PRODUTO DE QUALIDADE, QUANDO NÃO É MAIS E FAZ TEMPO....NÃO SE ENGANEM. HOPE NÃO TEM A MESMA QUALIDADE DE ANTES. E MUITO MENOS O RESPEITO PELO CLIENTE.
In the week of Christmas I bought a pair of knitted pajamas and beachwear (viscose/elastane), which even before washing were already with polka dots and shine. Honestly, I don't believe that Hope maintains the quality of the raw material from when they were put on the market. In addition to these pieces, I also had problems with the beach swimsuit, which, just after being wet by the pool and sea water, was stained by the colored fabric of the lining. It's a shame!! They didn't want to make the exchange, expensive and poor quality goods. As if the lack of responsibility of Loja Hope on Rua Oscar Freire wasn't enough, the manager disrespecting the consumer code, an article that refers to quality control, SUGGESTED ME TO DONATE THE PARTS TO A CAMPAIGN IN WHICH THE STORE WAS INVOLVED. ABSURD!! DISRESPECT, INDIFFERENCE, OPPORTUNISM AT THE TIME OF SALE MAKING PEOPLE BELIEVE WE ARE BUYING A QUALITY PRODUCT, WHEN IT IS NO LONGER AND IT'S BEEN A LONG TIME...DO NOT BE FOOLED. HOPE DOES NOT HAVE THE SAME QUALITY AS BEFORE. AND MUCH LESS RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER.
