I don't know the opening hours, I've been there several times and it's always closed and when I went, they didn't have their own beer that day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é bastante agradável, e os donos muito simpáticos e acolhedores. Foi aberto há pouco tempo, dentro do Iate Clube Jardim Guanabara (embora não precise ser sócio para ir ao bar).
Por enquanto são 4 torneiras de chopp (cada um sai a R$10), mas há capacidade para mais (totalizando 7 ou 8 torneiras, agora não me lembro ao certo), e mais algumas opções em garrafas (preços, em sua maioria, de R$20, embora haja garrafas a R$15, e outras a R$25).
As cervejas oferecidas são, em sua maioria, de cervejarias do estado do RJ (ex: Röter, Jeffrey e Brewpoint), mas há algumas de outros estados também.
Há planos de produção de cervejas próprias (já há, inclusive, o equipamento para a produção), mas por enquanto a Hoppy ainda não é um brewpub.
O atendimento é excelente, tive a oportunidade de conversar com os 3 sócios, e os 3 foram muito simpáticos e solícitos.
Vale muito a pena visitar o bar!
The place is very pleasant, and the owners are very friendly and welcoming. It was recently opened, inside the Yacht Club Jardim Guanabara (although you don't have to be a member to go to the bar).
For the time being there are 4 taps for beer (each costs R $ 10), but there is capacity for more (totaling 7 or 8 taps, now I can't remember for sure), and a few more options in bottles (prices, mostly, of R $ 20, although there are bottles at R $ 15, and others at R $ 25).
The beers on offer are mostly from breweries in the state of RJ (eg Röter, Jeffrey and Brewpoint), but there are some from other states as well.
There are plans for the production of own beers (there is already equipment for production), but Hoppy is not yet a brewpub.
The service is excellent, I had the opportunity to chat with the 3 partners, and the 3 were very friendly and helpful.
The bar is well worth visiting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência não tive , pois foi super desagradável chegarmos na portaria do Iate Clube e sabermos que para ir ao bar teria que agendar, pois em momento algum nós foi informado que tinha que agendar. E outra esse telefone que aparece do bar não completa a ligação. Voltamos para casa frustados ....
I didn't have any experience, as it was super unpleasant to arrive at the entrance of the Yacht Club and know that to go to the bar I would have to make an appointment, because at no time were we informed that an appointment had to be made. And another one, this phone that appears from the bar doesn't complete the call. We returned home frustrated ....
