★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atualmente atendimento ficou péssimo, a falta de interesse e atenção dos atendentes é gritante, ficam resmungando entre si, reclama na sua frente até para lavar um copo, ao mesmo tempo que atende o cliente fica olhando e fazendo outra coisa dando a mínima atenção ao pedido, já vi muita gente receber pedido errado, a falta de atenção é tão grande que se não prestar atenção querem cobrar o que não consumiu. O novo rapaz contratado tem muita má vontade não sabe atender cliente mexe com limpeza pega salgado sem lavar a mão quando recebe seu dinheiro na sua frente passa álcool gel na mão como estivesse com nojo porém o fato de estar mexendo com lixo ou no banheiro não lhe incomoda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento esse local sempre, pois moro próximo, poderia contar mil casos de atendimento péssimo no local que vai do segurança até às atendentes que muda frequentemente, só não muda o atendimento que é cada dia pior.
Porém as pizza e esfiha são ótimas e os produtos de qualidade, salgados perfeitos.
Porém ontem sábado 16/10/2021 as 22h cheguei no restaurante dei Boa Noite a atendente nem respondeu, perguntei se ainda atendia ela balançou a cabeça que sim.
Pedi cardápio ela jogou no balcão...
Meu marido escolheu e foi pedir, essa moça estava sem uniforme somente de blusa preta... Chegou a atendente que estava de uniforme e muito educada me deu boa noite e perguntou para a moça insuportável se ela estava me atendendo, o telefone nessa hora tocou ela falou para a moça, atende e a mocinha educada atendeu...
Concluiu o pedido e perguntou novamente posso atender o casal.
A mal educada jogou a calculadora na mão da moça e falou atende.
Eu perguntei essa moça é dona??
A mocinha respondeu envergonhada desculpa ela não é dona, peço desculpas.
Trabalhar sábado 22h da noite não é fácil mas cada um sabe da sua necessidade.
Porém trabalhar assim é falta de profissionalismo e respeito comigo que sou cliente e com a atendente que ao contrário dela estava ali fazendo o melhor.
Sinceramente sei que a moça educada não irá ficar e vira outras piores.
Pq cada dia vem uma pior.
E é lamentável pois o restaurante trabalha com a parte alimentar impecável.
Mas olha...
A recepção dos funcionários e de mal a pior.
Já me entregaram pedido errado e falou que era a gente que devia prestar atenção (kkkkkk)
Já me deram troco errado voltei pra devolver... E a menina demorou um tempão pra resolver.

My husband chose and went to ask, this girl was not in uniform only in a black blouse... The attendant arrived, who was in uniform and very polite, said good night and asked the insufferable girl if she was answering me, the phone rang at that time she spoke to the girl, answer and the polite girl answered...
She completed the order and asked again can I meet the couple.
The rude threw the calculator in the girl's hand and said answer.
I asked is this girl the owner?
The girl replied embarrassedly sorry she doesn't own it, I apologize.
Working Saturday 10 pm is not easy, but everyone knows what they need.
