★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima imobiliária! Para alugar é rápida e tudo maravilha, mas na hora de entregar as chaves fazem de tudo para não devolver a caução! Não recomento, não quero contato nunca mais e desejo uma breve falência.
Terrible real estate! It's fast to rent and everything is wonderful, but when handing over the keys, they do everything they can to not return the deposit! I don't recommend it, I don't want contact ever again and I wish you a brief bankruptcy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando eu aluguei, foi tudo muito rápido, a entrega do imóvel foi demorada e muito burocrática, a minha locação precisava de reparos e não me ajudaram q o proprietário reparasse a residência e no final fui obrigado a pagar a multa para devolver a residência.
When I rented, everything was very fast, the delivery of the property was delayed and very bureaucratic, my lease needed repairs and the owner did not help me to repair the residence and in the end I was forced to pay the fine to return the residence.
