★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem um bom atendimento, mas precisam de organização pois fui buscar o meu relógio e não sabiam onde estavam. Mas, no final de tudo consertaram e fiquei satisfeito.
They have a good service, but they need organization because I went to get my watch and they didn't know where they were. But in the end they fixed it and I was satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento, produtos e serviços de boa qualidade. Prático por ser dentro dos shoppings (vou sempre no Riomar ou Recife) e, por isso, paga-se um pouco mais, mas dentro do esperado pelo conforto de resolver tudo no mesmo lugar.
Great service, good quality products and services. Practical for being inside the malls (I always go to Riomar or Recife) and, therefore, you pay a little more, but within the expected for the comfort of solving everything in the same place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles pararam de checar a vedação dos relógios. Tem uma placa enorme na parede dizendo isso (que não garantem o serviço de resistência à água).
Quem tem relógio a prova d'água melhor procurar outro lugar. Nem serviço de troca da borracha de vedação? Que relojoaria é essa? Sério isso?
They stopped checking the clock seals. There is a huge sign on the wall saying this (which does not guarantee water resistance service).
Whoever has a waterproof watch better look elsewhere. No rubber seal replacement service? What watch shop is this? Really?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ @lojahorloge shopping Riomar. Serviço digno de uma espelunca. Mao de obra totalmente desqualificada. Em 2 minutos conseguiram estragar um relógio de mais de 20 anos. Tudo isso só por uma simples troca de pilha. Lamentável. Se tiver um relógio da china desses de r$2,00 pode levar. Mas se.for algo de estima e de valor, melhor deixar guardado até encontrar algum relogoeiro de qualidade.
@lojahorloge shopping Riomar. Service worthy of a joint. Totally disqualified workforce. In 2 minutes they managed to ruin a clock over 20 years old. All this is done by a simple battery change. Unfortunate. If you have a china watch for $ 2.00 you can take it. But if it is something of esteem and value, better save it until you find a quality watchmaker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. Deixamos dois relógios, depois de quinze dias disseram que estavam prontos, quando chegamos não estavam e ainda trocaram os serviços um do outro. Terminei levando sem fazer o serviço de um. Falta de organização e cuidado com o cliente, dei uma estrela pq não tem como não dá nada.
Terrible service. We left two watches, after fifteen days they said they were ready, when we arrived they weren't and they even changed each other's services. I ended up taking it without doing one. Lack of organization and customer care, I gave one star because there's nothing to give.
