★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faltou na minha entrega 2 caixas de morango e 2 de uva uma preta e outra verde. Não consigo ligar para o telefone que chama chama e não atende apenas desliga. Um rapaz de moto que trouxe. Fui na loja e consegui resolver me devolveram o produto que não veio.
 My delivery was missing 2 boxes of strawberries and 2 boxes of grapes, one black and one green. I can't call the phone that calls calls and doesn't answer it just hangs up. A guy on a motorcycle that I brought. I went to the store and managed to resolve the product that did not come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre limpo e organizado.. Também sempre tem uma pequena fila, porém em todas as vezes que eu fui lá, essa fila andou muito rápido... Acho que não tem estacionamento, mas é fácil conseguir vagas nas ruas laterais... Acesso fácil de ônibus, fica bem em frente ao supermercado Prezunic. Não deixa a desejar em nada em relação a diversidade de produtos... Sou cliente fiel.
Always clean and organized .. Also there is always a small queue, but every time I went there, that queue went very fast ... I think there is no parking, but it is easy to get places on the side streets ... Easy access bus, is just across the Prezunic supermarket. It leaves nothing to be desired in relation to product diversity ... I am a loyal customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanto a gerente quanto alguns funcionários (quando vou fazer compras) estão sempre com a máscara no queixo. Já reclamei com a gerente, mas sempre que vou lá vejo essa situação. Falta fiscalização da Prefeitura.
Both the manager and some employees (when I go shopping) are always wearing a mask on their chin. I've complained to the manager, but every time I go there I see this situation. Lack of supervision by the Municipality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra por telefone, pois era p/ doação. Perguntei se ia demorar a atendente disse que não, disse a ela que moro na mesma rua do Hortifruti. Ela me disse p/ não me preocupar pois já ia ser montado o pedido, liguei a segunda vez e a atendente disse que já estava saindo. Liguei a terceira vez e perguntei se já estava chegando, pois o carro de app já tinha chegado e ela falou que ainda estava lá. Ou o produto saiu ou não. Não faço compras e levo p/ casa pq não posso pegar nenhum tipo de peso. Sou operada 6 vezes da coluna. Se peço por telefone e pq preciso ou vou ao lugar comprar e peso que entregue. Agora achei falta de respeito para o consumidor.
I made a purchase over the phone, as it was for donation. I asked if it was going to take a while, the attendant said no, I told her that I live on the same street as Hortifruti. She told me not to worry because the order was about to be assembled, I called the second time and the attendant said she was already leaving. I called the third time and asked if it was already arriving, because the app car had already arrived and she said it was still there. Either the product came out or it didn't. I don't shop and take it home because I can't take any kind of weight. I am operated on 6 times on the spine. If I order by phone and because I need it or I go to the place to buy and weight that it delivers. Now I found it disrespectful to the consumer.
