I have been a customer for over 10 years in the zaca .. hj doesn’t leave there very satisfied..there was a lack of many products, such as vegetables that only had lettuce for example..very deceptive?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não foi das melhores, o atendimento para pessoas com necessidades especiais é péssimo. Não se importa com sua dificuldade , você acaba deixando sacola com alguns itens.Foi o que aconteceu comigo dia 15/05/2020 por volta das 10 hs da manhã comprei 2 pacotes de pepinos,1 de beterraba,1de batata doce, 1 de abrobrinha, estes acabaram ficando lá pois sai com duas sacolas achando que tudo que comprei estava nessas sacolas. Quando cheguei em casa só tava o repolho roxo, os limão,1pacote de rabanete, 1pacote de vargem, 1pacote de tomates e a embalagem com as tres alface americanas. Sou deficiente física, além disso sou diabética. Sair do sacolão vim para o carro e menos de dez minutos cheguei em casa. Liguei e o moço me disse que só tava o pacote de batatas. Tive um prejuizo de 12,50. A minha deficiência é visível uso bengala, mas lá fazem-se de cego, no meu ponto de vista falta atenção para essa classe de clientes.
It was not the best, the service for people with special needs is terrible. It doesn't matter how difficult you are, you end up leaving a bag with some items. It happened to me on 05/15/2020 at around 10 am I bought 2 packages of cucumbers, 1 of beets, 1 of sweet potatoes, 1 of zucchini , they ended up staying there because they left with two bags thinking that everything I bought was in those bags. When I got home there was only red cabbage, lemons, 1 packet of radish, 1 packet of varnish, 1 packet of tomatoes and the packet with three lettuce. I am physically disabled, in addition I am diabetic. I got out of the bag and got into the car and less than ten minutes I got home. I called and the guy told me there was only the potato package. I had a loss of 12.50. My disability is visible using a cane, but there they are blind, in my view there is a lack of attention for this class of clients.
