★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência na loja pela 3 vez foi ruim, eles te vendem um produto errado e não trocam, liguei conversei e a funcionária fez pouco caso, eu indico MKM sempre, essa loja Hortopack eu não índico, não gosto e não compro. 66 reais mau gasto.
 My experience in the store for the 3 time was bad, they sell you the wrong product and don't exchange it, I called, talked and the employee ignored it, I always recommend MKM, I don't recommend this Hortopack store, I don't like it and I don't buy it. 66 real bad spent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos em busca de itens de Halloween. Estavam ótimos, assustadores. Mas todos os brinquedos que escolhemos de bateria, não tinham bateria e as atendentes disseram que não poderiam testar. Tivemos que devolver tudo. Loja zero noção, vender brinquedos de bateria e não ter bateria. Não volto e não indico.
We went in search of Halloween items. They were great, scary. But all the drum toys we chose didn't have a battery and the attendants said they couldn't test. We had to return everything. Shop zero notion, sell battery toys and have no battery. I don't go back and don't indicate.

Phone service is bad, operator rude. They can't show a photo of the product because the store doesn't have whatsapp service, discouraging.
