Estou apaixonado pelo serviço, atendimento, atenção, dedicação e profissionalismo dessa empresa, que me ajudou nos momentos mais difíceis, onde um deles inclusive, tive minha passagem cancelada 2 dias antes do embarque, e mesmo a equipe da Horus estando no Egito aguardando o grupo( MARAVILHOSO INCLUSIVE) organizaram tudo para mim, desde a compra de uma nova passagem, até um dia mais no hotel, e essa reserva a mais inclusive, foi permitindo que o pagamento fosse realizado depois da viagem, no meu retorno ao Brasil, para que nada interferisse na experiência mais maravilhosa que já havia experimentado em toda minha existência. E por favor! Deixem-me elogiar os guias, eles são incríveis e super atenciosos, a equipe toda é simplesmente de outro mundo. Vou voltar para o Egito e será com a Horus viagem, a melhor empresa de viagens ao Egito do MUNDOOO!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabo de voltar de viagem pelo Egito com a Hórus Viagens e só tenho elogios a fazer, sendo que desde o começo da negociação com o Seddik e a Michelle fui super bem atendido e todas minhas dúvidas foram sanadas antes e durante a negociação do contrato do pacote, de forma transparente e eficaz, bem como tive assistência deles desde minha recepção no aeroporto do Cairo, onde me receberam e auxiliaram com todas etapas para ingresso no país, como exame pcr, visto, transporte…e, na hora de embora, um representante me acompanhou até meu embarque certificando que ocorresse tudo bem com minha volta. Durante todo o passeio tudo que tive de dúvidas e tudo que precisei foi de pronto atendido o mais rápido possível. Cumpriram todo o combinado com muita alegria e amor pelo que estavam fazendo. Só elogios e espero em breve poder fazer outras viagens com a empresa, Shokran Hórus, abraço habibis ?????? e até a próxima!!!

O atendimento deles é impecável, fazendo com que todo e qualquer problema que houvesse fosse praticamente invisível, sempre com o intuito de que pudéssemos aproveitar ao máximo nossa experiencia em um lugar tão espetacular. Seddik e Michele são pessoas ímpares, pessoas realmente muito iluminadas que antes de qualquer coisa pensam em nós, seus clientes, como seres humanos, o bem mais precioso pra eles naquele momento, incansáveis. Recomendo muito a viagem, e recomendo mais ainda a empresa, volto com um sonho realizado e certamente colocarei nas mãos deles a realização de outros mais.
Hard to describe how amazing it was to travel to Egypt with Horus. From the very beginning, they were extremely solicitous and committed to making this dream come true. We have just returned from a trip to Egypt via @horusviagens. The trip was amazing!! The attention and care of the agency staff were wonderful. We did all the tours with the utmost safety, accompanied by the guide and by Seddik himself, who spared no effort to make our tours unforgettable. Durante a viagem, tudo que foi combinado, foi cumprido. Mas além disso, houveram detalhes que fizeram toda a diferença, “mimos”, gentilezas, dicas a parte, boa vontade em resolver as coisas que iam aparecendo ( nossas demandas)... essas coisas para mim foram o grande diferencial já que sou bem exigente, eu olho tudooo, todos os detalhes. Por isso, elogio todas as pessoas envolvidas em algum momento: desde os agentes que nos buscaram no aeroporto, motoristas, maleteiros... todos sempre gentis, pontuais e prestativos até o último momento que nos deixaram já no embarque final, certificando - se que tudo iria bem até o último minuto. Nosso guia Aiman sempre gentil e animado, Michele com a maior paciência e eficiência sempre e sobre Seddik o que falar? sem palavras para agradecer todas as explicações, histórias, assistência, gentileza e esforço para termos as melhores experiências no Egito, esses foram os grandes diferenciais!!!.
