★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da Janaína foi excelente. Contudo a pousada que ficamos estava bem desorganizada. Chegamos não tinha roupa de cama,nem toalhas,tivemos que pedir. Café da manhã sem opções. Pelo valor que cobraram que não foi baixo esperamos mais organização e qualidade no serviço.
 Janaína's service was excellent. However the hostel we stayed in was very disorganized. We arrived without bed linen or towels, we had to ask. Breakfast without options. For the amount they charged that it was not low we expect more organization and quality of service.

Desde a disponibilidade e gentileza em responder todas as minhas dúvidas e solicitações da Janaína ao caseiro do local que se manteve sempre pronto em ajudar com qualquer eventualidade. A casa é sem palavras: Pé na areia e ao mesmo tempo próxima a todo o comércio, não necessitando de usar carro (o meio ambiente agradece), por ser de frente pro mar também ficar em barracas é bem opcional (levando em consideração o contexto da pandemia), janelão de alguns dos quartos de frente pro mar, espaçosa, arejada, bastante espaço externo também, a decoração uma gracinha ... fiquei tão apaixonada que estou indo pra lá de novo com a família.
Recomendo aqui e já recomendei pra várias pessoas próximas também.
I only have compliments. From the availability and kindness in answering all my doubts and requests from Janaína to the caretaker of the place who was always ready to help with any eventuality. The house is speechless: Foot in the sand and at the same time close to all shops, not needing to use a car (the environment appreciates), being facing the sea also being in tents is very optional (taking into account the context of the pandemic), large windows in some of the rooms facing the sea, spacious, airy, plenty of outside space too, the decor was cute ... I was so in love that I'm going there again with the family.
I recommend it here and have already recommended it to several close people as well.
