★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante um pouco mais de 01 ano morei aí. Foi uma ótima escolha, pois era do lado do meu serviço, não precisei levar móvel nenhum, a casa estava sempre organizada e limpa. Tive o prazer de fazer amigos aí, incluindo o responsável Maurício e sua mãe Lélia que na época morava aí. Os demais hóspedes com quem convivi tbm eram muito gente boa. O Maurício sempre foi muito solícito para o que precisávamos e estava sempre melhorando o lugar. Por fim, pagava um preço justo.
Recomendo.
I lived there for a little over 01 year. It was a great choice, as it was on my service side, I didn't need to bring any furniture, the house was always organized and clean. I had the pleasure of making friends there, including responsible Mauricio and his mother Lélia, who lived there at the time. The other guests with whom I also lived were very good people. Maurício was always very helpful for what we needed and was always improving the place. Finally, he paid a fair price.
