★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conhecemos o recanto do idoso Vitória Residence através de indicações, todos os feedbacks foram sempre positivos, e a humanidade com que cuidam dos idosos foi o que nos cativou ao escolhermos o local para hospedar minha mãe.
Desde o início todos foram muito solícitos, a primeira pessoa com que conversei foi o Rafael (que inclusive é um ex aluno muito querido), e ele foi muito gentil e receptivo quando o procuramos (todos que procuram uma casa de repouso sabem o quanto é difícil tomar essa decisão), ele sempre nos acalmou e nos mostrou o quanto aquele lugar era o ideal para levarmos alguém que tanto amamos.
Durante o tempo em que minha mãe permaneceu lá tivemos total abertura a visitas, conversas, trocas de mensagens e fotos, e isso sempre nos tranquilizou muito, pois já tínhamos passado por uma experiência em outro local onde não tinhamos tanto acesso assim.
Minha mãe passou a fazer uso de sonda para se alimentar, e diversas vezes precisou ir ao hospital quando a mesma entupia, todas as vezes uma enfermeira a acompanhava, pois nem sempre conseguíamos chegar a tempo, e em nome da Silvia (enfermeira responsável) agradeço também esse carinho e cuidado que tiveram nesses momentos.
Eu e minha família temos muita gratidão por todo esse tempo em que minha mãe ficou no Vitória Residence, local onde encontramos humanidade, carinho, respeito, transparência e muito amor da parte de todos que lá trabalham.
Com certeza é um lugar que sempre indicaremos de olhos fechados.

My mother started to make use of a probe to feed, and several times she had to go to the hospital when the same clogging, every time a nurse accompanied her, because we were not always able to arrive in time, and on behalf of Silvia (responsible nurse) Thanks Also this affection and care that have had in these moments.
My family and I have a lot of gratitude for all this time that my mother stayed in the victory Residence, where we find humanity, affection, respect, transparency and much love on everyone who works there.
It sure is a place that we will always indicate with closed eyes.
