Da equipe de triagem, recepção, centro de imagem, medico clinico geral,medico neurocirurgião todos com atenção e respeito. Uma excelente administração da Prefeitura de Duque de Caxias. Valendo os nossos impostos.
 We were on the 28/05/2022 at 08:00, leaving at 14:30, being HUMANLY WELL TREATED. From the triage team, reception, imaging center, general practitioner, neurosurgeon all with attention and respect. An excellent administration of the City Hall of Duque de Caxias. Paying our taxes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As atendentes do centro de trauma a noite são horríveis! Ficam batendo papo no celular e não entram para pegar informação dos pacientes. Mais de 6 horas sem informação, você tem que ir do outro lado na assistência social sobrecarregar o serviço para pegar informação simples se vai internar se vai transferir como a pessoa esta. Isso é culpa dos chefes delas!
The attendants of the trauma center at night are horrible! They are chatting on the phone and do not come to pick up information from patients. More than 6 hours without information, you have to go across the social care overload the service to get simple information will be admitted if the person will transfer as this. This is the fault of their heads!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, mee acidentei, pulso cortado, extensão do polegar fraturado, péssimo atendimento na emergência, dificuldade em classificar o grau de atendimento com relação ao acidente do paciente, não sabem orientar, totalmente despreparado em dar posicionamento. Dia 22/01 Fiquei das 14hs pulso direito, fratura exposta, após a triagem só fui para tomaar soro e antibiotico as 16h30 e raio X as 19hs. Disseram q foi nada, só aguardar o chamado do cirurgião para sutura, com osso extensor exposto???, dizendo q foi nada?, e assim aguardei, aguadei e olhando as horas já era 3 da madrugada do dia 22/01, cai na real, ninguem me ajudaria, com braço enfaixado e ferida aberta solicitei 99 taxi a me levar para um hospital de emergência no qual me receberam e trataram cuidaram muito bem do meu caso. (Cirurgia, e internação). Hospital Miguel couto me deu toda assistência que o ADAO PEREIRA NUNES TINHA QUE PRESTAR PARA POPULAÇÃO. Cadê o prefeito Washington Reis? Nasci e cresci na cidade, precisei me locomover 28km para ter um serviço do qual, a nossa cidade recebe verba o suficiente para prestar o mesmo serviço.
Terrible, I had an accident, cut wrist, fractured thumb extension, bad emergency care, difficulty in classifying the degree of care in relation to the patient's accident, they don't know how to guide, totally unprepared to give positioning. Day 01/22 I stayed from 2 pm to the right wrist, exposed fracture, after screening I only went to take serum and antibiotics at 4:30 pm and X-ray at 7 pm. They said it was nothing, just wait for the surgeon's call for suturing, with the extensor bone exposed???, saying it was nothing?, and so I waited, waited and looking at the time it was already 3 am on 01/22, I fell into real, no one would help me, with my arm bandaged and an open wound I requested 99 taxi to take me to an emergency hospital where they received me and treated my case very well. (Surgery, and hospitalization). Hospital Miguel Couto gave me all the assistance that ADAO PEREIRA NUNES HAD TO PROVIDE FOR THE POPULATION. Where is Mayor Washington Reis? I was born and raised in the city, I had to travel 28km to have a service from which our city receives enough money to provide the same service.

Cuidado com a gestante e criança nota 10
Pontos negativos: mesmo sendo uma lei federal, eles não cumprem a lei do acompanhante. O pai só entra na hora do parto, e depois só tem direito a uma visita por dia que dura 30 minutos apenas. É só pode 1 visita por dia. Outra questão que é muito ruim, é que quando a gestante entra, ficamos sem contato algum (já que a parturiente não pode levar nem o telefone) e a recepção não tem muitas informações sobre de como está a paciente e não vem nenhum médico nem enfermeiro falar com as famílias. Enfim, não era minha primeira opção lá mas como minha esposa estava com a pressão alta e lá é maternidade de alto risco fomos pra lá. Obs: essa foi a minha experiência, cada plantão é um plantão. Boa sorte e bom parto.

Another issue that is very bad is that when the pregnant woman enters, we have no contact (since the parturient cannot even take the phone) and the reception does not have much information about how the patient is doing and no doctor or nurse comes talk to families. Anyway, it was not my first option there but as my wife had high blood pressure and there is a high risk maternity we went there. Note: this was my experience, each shift is a shift. Tive acompanhamento com a doutora Rafaela, me acalmou bastante enquanto fazia minha ficha e verificou minha delatação algumas vezes durante o trabalho de parto.
Muitas enfermeiras cuidaram de mim, mas em especial a Gleice que segurou a minha mão em uma das vezes que senti contração, a Cristina que me ensinou a pega correta do mama pra minha bebê, me ajudou no meu banho porq tive muita fraqueza pós parto, precisei usar fralda no primeiro dia no quarto e ela me trocou com muito carinho, a Marcilene que me ajudou a retornar pro quarto após o parto, eu desmaiei e ela me ajudou, acalmou meu esposo durante o parto, tirou fotos da gente quando ela nasceu, cuidou da minha bebê, trocou a fralda dela e
deu complemento pra ela. A Milena que dou banho na minha filha quando eu quase desmaiei indo levar ela pro banho., Carol que me ajudou a voltar por quarto quando passei mal levando meu bebê pro quarto. E a Doutora Sala fez o meu parto, foi tão boa pra mim, me ensinou a fazer a força corretamente, me explicou os cuidados que preciso ter com meus pontos. Enfim, foram 12 horas em trabalho de parto, mas me senti muito bem acolhida por toda equipe, e todos me trataram com muito carinho e respeito. OBRIGADA EQUIPE HAPN.

Many nurses took care of me, but especially Gleice who held my hand one of the times I felt contraction, Cristina who taught me how to correctly attach the breast to my baby, helped me in my bath because I had a lot of postpartum weakness, I had to wear a diaper on the first day in the room and she changed me with great care, Marcilene who helped me return to the room after delivery, I fainted and she helped me, calmed my husband during delivery, took pictures of us when she was born , took care of my baby, changed her diaper and
complemented her. Milena that I bathe my daughter when I almost fainted going to take her to the bath., Carol that helped me get back to the room when I got sick taking my baby to the room. And Dr. Sala delivered my delivery, she was so good to me, taught me how to push correctly, explained the care I need to take with my stitches. Anyway, it was 12 hours in labor, but I felt very welcomed by the whole team, and everyone treated me with great affection and respect. THANK YOU HAPN TEAM.
