★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar para atendimento visto que a proprietaria deveria se tratar primeiramente. Toda confusa, atrapalhada e agitada. De praxe que nos manter sem contato algum com o "mundo exterior" (ñ há sequer um orelhão) dentro do hospital. Não posso esquecer que a escala de funcionários é escassa e são os próprios enfermeiros que preparam as refeições nos copos sujos e vasilhas plasticas que passam a madrugada com mosquitos sentando sobre a louça. São nessas louças que os pobres coitados são obrigados a comer. Há somente 1galão de agua para mais de 15 leitos. E segundo a orientação da OMS salvo engano, somando os 5 funcionarios do dia mais 2 de madrugada 20l daria para 12h no maximo..Não vi nenhuma troca e higienização naquele bebedouro xexelendo, era limo puro. A gente tem q ficar de porta aberta no banheiro mas colocar um chuveiro e assento sanitario que é bom nada. A equipe medica e enfermagem esta de nota 0. Exceto a Enfa Isabela que me acolheu muito bem, coitada, a vi exercendo suas múltiplas funções (acúmulo de) entre um atendimento e outro limpando o assento do vaso sanitário que estava quebrado de um lado e não havia tampa, que eu viria utilizar posteriormente. Enfermagem não sabe nem ler o nome do medicamento quem dirá dizer a classe medicamentosa, médicos e suas imperícia prescrevendo fármacos incompatíveis na mesma seringa à ex. (haloperidol + prometazina) não tem estudo mostrando segurança pra pacientes com sensibilidade extrapiramidal. Sem contar que uma das de cargo hierarquico baixo ironiza oq a gente fala juntamente com a medica que nem deve saber oq é Pubmed ou UptoDate (plataformas medicas). Ah sim. Sumiram com um toalha novinha pouco cara e um brinco de ouro de herança da minha mãe pq eu pulei o muro em busca de um orelhao. Depender deles vc morre eles se livram do b.o mas ao contrario pode esquecer. Só dei 1 estrela pq nao tem como dar mesnos. Isto estara no reclama aqui e retratarei para a Sulmerica tb.
Bad place for care since the owner should be treated first. All confused, clumsy and agitated. It is usual to keep us out of contact with the "outside world" (there is not even a pay phone) inside the hospital. I cannot forget that the staff scale is scarce and it is the nurses themselves who prepare meals in dirty glasses and plastic containers that spend the night with mosquitoes sitting on the dishes. It is in these dishes that poor people are forced to eat. There is only 1 gallon of water for more than 15 beds. And according to the guidance of the WHO unless mistaken, adding the 5 employees of the day plus 2 at dawn 20l would give for 12h at most..I did not see any exchange and sanitization in that xexelendo drinking fountain, it was pure slime. We have to stay with the door open in the bathroom but put a shower and toilet seat, which is good at all. The medical and nursing team is rated 0. Except for Enfa Isabela, who welcomed me very poorly, I saw her exercising her multiple functions (accumulation of) between one service and another cleaning the toilet seat that was broken on one side and there was no cover, which I would use later. Nursing does not even know how to read the name of the drug who will say the drug class, doctors and their malpractice prescribing incompatible drugs in the same syringe to the former. (haloperidol + promethazine) has no study showing safety for patients with extrapyramidal sensitivity. Not to mention that one of the low hierarchical positions makes fun of what we say together with the doctor who should not even know what is Pubmed or UptoDate (medical platforms). Ah yes. They disappeared with a brand new little expensive towel and a gold earring from my mother's inheritance because I jumped over the wall in search of an ear. Depending on them you die they get rid of the b.o but on the contrary you can forget. I only gave 1 star because there is no way to give myself.
