★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mae josefina foi muito mal atendida nesse hospital deram alta para ela se medir a a diabetes dala q tava 561 a oxigenação estava em 50 toda inchada com a pressão baixa isso hoje nesse momento estou na upa para socorrer ela e pecimo a limpeza os medicos nao todos mas mal te olha as enfermeras se esforçam para trabalhar coitadas mas ta ruim ja tive em varios hospitais com minha mae aqui em rib preto e posso garantir q e o pior de Ribeirão ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, descaso com o enfermo. Tenho plano de saúde e fiquei mais de 2 horas esperando, desisti e fui a outro hospital. Os funcionários são muito mal educados! Péssimo hospital
Poor care, neglect with the patient. I have a health plan and I stayed more than 2 hours waiting, I gave up and went to another hospital. The staff are very rude! Poor hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falar o que desse hospital, o lugar tá muito feio, alguns funcionários não sabem conversa com os pacientes e sem falar que não tem nada horário para que os pacientes comam.
A saúde de Ribeirão Preto está cada dia pior.
Say what about this hospital, the place is very ugly, some employees do not know how to talk to patients and not to mention that there is nothing schedule for patients to eat.
Ribeirão Preto's health is getting worse every day.

Agora os funcionários informaram que mudaram o sistema e estou aqui esperando há mais de 1 h pra ser atendida sendo que só tinha 2 pessoas na minha frente. Se você possui convênio eu não recomendo esse hospital, desceu muito no conceito de qualidade.
I have a medical agreement and have always been well cared for before. Now the employees informed that they changed the system and I have been here waiting for more than 1 hour to be seen since I only had 2 people in front of me. If you have a health insurance, I don't recommend this hospital, it went down a lot in terms of quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito Ruim, fiquei como acompanhante do Paciente Renato Nunes que fez uma cirurgia de próstata, ficou internado por 3 dias, quero destacar a péssima administração, comunicação e falta total de higiene a começar pela irresponsabilidade de deixar um paciente que acabou de sair do centro de recuperação em uma maca no corredor por mais de 20 minutos onde havia uma reforma com muito pó de gesso, após esse episódio levou para um quarto onde já havia outro paciente com quadro de tuberculose e pneumonia avançada, o paciente tinha crises de tosse e encarava diretamente no cesto de lixo ao lado da cama. Essa foi uma das piores situações vívidas durante a interação. A limpeza se é que pode ser chamado de limpeza uma verdadera calamidade. Será que todo esse descaso é porque estamos falando de um hospital do SUS???? Não vou entrar em detalhes de outros casos que presenciamos com outros pacientes. Portanto não Recomendo. Esse hospital tem que passar por uma reforna geral. Os serviços médico e de enfermagem foram satisfatórios pois vimos o esforço por eles dedicado tentando fazer o possível adiante da atual situação.

This was one of the worst vivid situations during the interaction. Cleanliness, if it can be called cleansing, is truly a calamity. Is all this neglect because we are talking about a SUS hospital ???? I will not go into details of other cases we have seen with other patients. So I don't recommend it. This hospital has to undergo a general reform. The medical and nursing services were satisfactory because we saw the effort they dedicated to trying to do what they could in the current situation.
