 Great Hospital, great professionals. I had my delivery at this hospital, it was a normal delivery and I was very well attended.
I greatly appreciate Dr. Helen for making my delivery and nurses who cared for me during this time. I felt at home, I felt welcomed, thank you all ❣️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente hoje no setor de entrega de exames fui extremamente ofendida. Um exame importantíssimo para ser entregue às 15h, me disseram que não tinha chegado, disseram mil desculpas, e quando era quase 17h, uma atendente pegou o exame de cima do armário e me entregou. Ou seja, o exame estava lá o tempo todo. Um descaso. A pior atendente de lá é uma tal de Erika, super grossa.
People today in the exam delivery sector I was extremely offended. A very important exam to be delivered at 3 pm, they told me it hadn't arrived, they said a thousand apologies, and when it was almost 5 pm, an attendant took the exam from the top of the locker and handed it to me. That is, the exam was there all along. A neglect. The worst attendant there is one Erika, super thick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Médicos e enfermeiras atenciosos e educados! Atendentes grosseiras, MAL EDUCADAS, não da informação direito, dão risada na sua cara, resumindo: deslechadas e fazem os atendimentos " nas coxas".
Attentive and polite doctors and nurses! Rude attendants, POORLY EDUCATED, not giving the right information, laugh in your face, in short: sloppy and do the calls "on the thighs".

Terrible service from start to finish, there is not a single sector that provides good service! I waited for 5 hours to do an ultrasound and all they said was that it was really taking too long! bad hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento "caído" e alguns profissionais nada educados( o que faz dele, um hospital pior do que deveria ser ). Enfim, merece 3 estrelas pela estrutura e educação de certos profissionais.
Poderia melhorar.
Service "fallen" and some professionals not polite (which makes it a worse hospital than it should be). Anyway, it deserves 3 stars for the structure and education of certain professionals.
