★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento médico e de enfermagem maravilhoso! Mas a equipe de laboratório deixa muito a desejar, não se comunica com a enfermagem , deixa rolar a medicação para depois colher exames que demora para ficar pronto. Além disso você com dor e tem que ser pulsionada várias vezes por picuinha com outro departamento.
 Wonderful medical and nursing care! But the laboratory team leaves a lot to be desired, they do not communicate with the nursing staff, they let the medication run and then collect tests that take a long time to be ready. In addition you are in pain and have to be pushed several times for nitpicking with another department.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho palavras para agradecer a todos nesse hospital, dei entrada no ps dia 11/04/22 e desde a recepcionista aos médicos foram extremamente atenciosos com me RN que estava quase sem vida ao chegar a saturação em 62 e as enfermeiras já levaram para urgência e fizeram tudo pra ele estabilizar. Vi muita competência, força de vontade e muito acolhimento. Deus abençoe esses profissionais e esse lugar!
I have no words to thank everyone in this hospital, I was admitted to the ps on 04/11/22 and from the receptionist to the doctors they were extremely attentive to my RN who was almost lifeless when he reached saturation at 62 and the nurses already took him to the emergency room and did everything to stabilize him. I saw a lot of competence, willpower and a lot of acceptance. God bless these professionals and this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem, dia 30 de maio, chegamos com nossa filha às 19hrs, durante a troca de plantão. Ao fazer a ficha nos foi informado que haviam 2 pediatras no local. Das 19 às 20 hrs, apenas duas crianças foram chamadas. Saímos de lá após às 22hrs, mais de 3 horas depois, o atendimento só começou a acontecer após os diversos pais que lá aguardavam com seus filhos , se revoltaram com a falta de informação. Ninguém do Adm ou da gestão apareceu. Segurança tem de monte lá, faltam médicos e gestão.
Yesterday, May 30th, we arrived with our daughter at 7 pm, during the shift change. When making the form, we were informed that there were 2 pediatricians on site. From 7pm to 8pm, only two children were called. We left there after 10 pm, more than 3 hours later, the service only started to happen after the various parents who were waiting there with their children, were revolted by the lack of information. No one from admin or management showed up. There is a lot of security there, there is a lack of doctors and management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa ficou internada com dengue, e o atendimento foi expecional tanto no PS onde foi dada a entrada e posteriormente na ala de internações. Profissionais muito educados, equipe muito bem preparada, acomodações muito boas, tudo muito limpo e novo. Agradecimentos a Dra. Beatriz do PS, e as enfermeiras e técnicas de enfermagem que tiveram um atendimento muito humanizado.
Diretoria do hospital está de parabéns. Que Deus ilumine a todos.

Hoje quero destacar a auxiliar de enfermagem Silvania que com um atendimento humanizado além dos padrões, fez a medicação em minha filha e tratando tudo de forma leve e muito cordial. Parabéns ao hospital pelo treinamento diferenciado de seus colaboradores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu convênio é BlueMed Saúde, e foi solicitado uma internação no Hospital Casa da Saúde de Praia Grande dia: 10/02/2022 e meu convênio é executivo (apartamento) eu pago um valor maior por ele mensalmente, e no ato da internação iam me colocar na ala da enfermaria sem mesmo me avisarem, alegando que não haviam vagas, a moça que faz os trâmites da internação disse que para eu conseguir minha vaga em apartamento eu teria que ficar na cadeira por horas ou dias até surgir uma vaga para mim, podendo ser em outra cidade, no caso em São Paulo, e minha cidade é Praia Grande. Depois de muito discutir me encaminharam para a unidade de Santos, Lá haviam vagas, porém só consegui pelo fato de questionar, e passar muito nervoso, se eu não tivesse questionado me colocariam na enfermaria sem mesmo me darem uma satisfação, UM ABSURDO!
My insurance is BlueMed Saúde, and an admission was requested at Hospital Casa da Saúde in Praia Grande on: 02/10/2022 and my insurance is executive (apartment) I pay a higher amount for it monthly, and at the time of admission they would send me put it in the infirmary wing without even telling me, claiming that there were no vacancies, the girl who does the hospitalization procedures said that in order for me to get my place in an apartment I would have to stay in the chair for hours or days until a vacancy came up for me, it can be in another city, in the case of São Paulo, and my city is Praia Grande. After a lot of arguing, they sent me to the Santos unit, there were vacancies, but I only managed because I asked, and I was very nervous, if I hadn't asked, they would put me in the ward without even giving me satisfaction, ABSURD!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu esposo após aguardar 4 horas no dia de hoje 05/01/2022 foi atendido pelo no pronto socorro: Ele chegou com febre, calafrios e tosse e foi classificado com risco verde. Pergunto: qual é o protocolo de classificação de risco utilizado? O mesmo voltou para casa com febre alta de 38,9 graus. Não foi medicado para febre. Não foi realizada testagem de covid e influenza. Não foi atestado para se ausentar do trabalho.
Qual é o protocolo de saúde utilizado nesse pronto socorro para sintomas respiratórios? Vcs mandam o paciente para casa com febre e devolvem para a população doente para que seja disseminado mais vírus e expondo o paciente a mais carga viral para que ele piore sua situação de saúde? E ressalto não fazem testes de covid e influenza para sintomas gripais??
Gostaria de acrescentar que no ano passado no dia 04/01/2021 quando precisamos do pronto socorro eles recusaram atende-lo informando que todos os leitos de covid estavam lotados e orientaram a ir no hospital de campanha público Falcão. Sendo que nesse local estavam apenas os pacientes com casos mais graves.
Entendo o estado de calamidade pública no ano passado, entretanto discordo com o fato de recusarem atendimento aos pacientes do convênio sem um plano de referencia/contra referencia hospitalar.
Gostaria de saber por que não foi realizado teste no dia de hoje e por que não foi fornecido atestado médico.
My husband, after waiting 4 hours today, 01/05/2022, was attended by the emergency room: He arrived with fever, chills and cough and was classified as green risk. I ask: what is the risk classification protocol used? The same returned home with a high fever of 38.9 degrees. He was not medicated for fever. Testing for covid and influenza was not carried out. He was not certified to be absent from work.
What is the health protocol used in this emergency room for respiratory symptoms? Do you send the patient home with a fever and return it to the sick population so that more virus is spread and exposing the patient to more viral load so that his health situation worsens? And I stress they don't do covid and influenza tests for flu symptoms??
I would like to add that last year on 01/04/2021, when we needed the emergency room, they refused to answer him, informing him that all the covid beds were full and guided him to go to the Falcão public field hospital. Since that place were only patients with more severe cases.
I understand the state of public calamity last year, however I disagree with the fact that they refuse to attend to patients under the insurance plan without a referral/counter referral hospital plan.
I would like to know why a test was not performed today and why a medical certificate was not provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegamos minha filha e eu por volta de 9h30 para um atendimento de reação alergica, saimos às 16h, foram 6h de espera para uma consulta que nem durou 1 minuto, ela saiu sem um exame de sangue nem medicada, fiquei decepcionado dessa vez pois já fui melhor atendido em outros momentos
My daughter and I arrived at around 9:30 am for an allergic reaction, we left at 4 pm, there were 6 hours of waiting for an appointment that didn't even last 1 minute, she left without a blood test or medication, I was disappointed this time because I've already been better service at other times
