Clean, organized hospital, air-conditioned environment, a very good physical structure, excellent doctors and professionals, private parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo hospital, desumano e humilhante o que as mulheres passam nesse hospital pra ter o bebê. Ficam tentando parto induzido mesmo sabendo que a mulher não vão conseguir, depois de muita tortura é quem fazem a cesária, além do atendimento horrível,pois cheguei com minha irmã na emergência de 17hs e ela só foi atendida as 2:30 madrugada, é um descaso!!!!
Terrible hospital, inhumane and humiliating what women go through in this hospital to have the baby. They keep trying to induced birth even though they know the woman won't make it, after a lot of torture it's the cesarean section, in addition to the horrible care, because I arrived with my sister in the emergency at 5 pm and she was only seen at 2:30 in the morning, it's a neglect!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acredito que há algum tempo atrás, realmente esse hospital era referência na área de maternidade, mas referência não significa bom atendimento! Sei que o período de COVID junto com a H3N2 e a nova variante deixou muitos hospitais com uma organização muito desfalcada e "se virando nos 30". Esse hospital em questão ganha na falta de organização e incompetência em muitos aspectos, porém irei citar os que mais me marcaram:
Internamentos prematuros, congestionando a ala de observação, pré parto e parto;
Enfermagem totalmente desfocada do atendimento ao paciente, muitas até sem máscaras fazendo uso de contato físico umas com as outras;
Médicos que fazem exames, dão o diagnóstico e trocam de plantão sem deixar quaisquer relatório do antendimento anterior pro próximo plantonista;
Assistentes sociais incompetentes, que uma hora dão uma informação e outra hora mudam a mesma informação em prol de uma organização que elas mesmas bagunçam;
Enfim, não quero culpar toda a equipe de plantão do hospital, pois algumas pessoas realmente sabem do seu trabalho e o exercem com competência. Mas em questão de indicação EU NÃO INDICO! Sobre voltar nesse hospital, NUNCA MAIS eu volto!
Experiência totalmente traumática!
I believe that some time ago, this hospital really was a reference in the maternity area, but a reference does not mean good service! I know that the COVID period along with H3N2 and the new variant left many hospitals with a very understaffed organization and "making do with 30". This hospital in question gains from the lack of organization and incompetence in many aspects, but I will mention the ones that most impressed me:
Premature admissions, congesting the observation, pre-delivery and delivery ward;
Nursing totally unfocused from patient care, many even without masks making use of physical contact with each other;
Doctors who perform exams, give the diagnosis and change shifts without leaving any reports of the previous care for the next on-call;
Incompetent social workers, who at one time give information and at another time change the same information in favor of an organization that they themselves mess up;
Anyway, I don't want to blame the entire team on duty at the hospital, because some people really know their work and do it competently. But in terms of indication I DO NOT RECOMMEND! About going back to this hospital, I will NEVER go back!
Totally traumatic experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse hospital só era bom no começo, péssimo atendimento! Cheguei por volta das 12:40hrs com fortes dores e sangrando Fiz o Beta hcg e o resultado só saiu quase 20:00hrs da noite! Foi constado que eu estava grávida mas a médica mandou eu ir pra casa e não explicou o motivo do sangramento sendo que eu já tinha menstruado normalmente sem nenhum atraso, ela simplesmente mandou eu marcar pré-Natal. No dia seguinte fui ao hospital barão de Lucena fui muito bem atendida, fiz outro Beta hcg, uma endovaginal e um hemograma. Resultado CISTO HEMORRÁGICO. Agora vá eu na onda dessa médica do hospital da mulher que só Deus sabe o que poderia ter acontecido.
This hospital was only good at the beginning, terrible service! I arrived around 12:40 hrs with severe pain and bleeding. I did the Beta hcg and the result only came out at almost 20:00 hrs at night! It was reported that I was pregnant but the doctor told me to go home and did not explain the reason for the bleeding since I had already menstruated normally without any delay, she simply told me to schedule prenatal care. The next day I went to the Barão de Lucena hospital and was treated very well, I had another Beta hcg, an endovaginal and a blood count. Result HEMORRHAGIC CYST. Now I go along with this doctor from the woman's hospital who only God knows what could have happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei entrada no dia 28.02.2022, com sangramento, inclusive com coagulo de sangue, e dor. Estava com 10 semana e 3 dias. O Samu me deixou as 10h30 min só foram me atender às 11h47min, pois estava faltando medico. Me deram remédio para dor e mandaram eu ir ao corredor esperar a ultrassom. Não me deixaram nem ficar na sala onde fica as mulheres gravidas que ficam aguardando os exames. Quando deu 15h informaram que não teria ultrassom, por falta de médico e mandaram eu ir para outro hospital ou pagasse um ultra para saber o motivo do sangramento e se o bebê estava vivo. Depois de reclamar e falar que não iria sair. A assistente social, conseguiu ultrassom para todas as mulheres que estavam na espera. As 17h vem foi feita a ultrassom constatando um descolamento de placenta e que o bebê estava vivo. Fiquei aguardando o exame de sangue, e ai foi que a enfermeira chefe deixou eu ficar aguardando na sala com as outras gravidas, então pude tomar um banho e tive direito a janta. As 20h20min fui novamente atendida e recebi alta com indicação de repouso moderado.
I was admitted on 02.28.2022, with bleeding, including blood clots, and pain. I was 10 weeks and 3 days old. Samu left me at 10:30 am they only came to see me at 11:47 am, because there was no doctor. They gave me pain medication and told me to go to the hallway to wait for the ultrasound. They didn't even let me stay in the room where the pregnant women are waiting for the exams. When it was 3 pm, they informed me that there would be no ultrasound, due to lack of a doctor and they told me to go to another hospital or pay for an ultrasound to find out the reason for the bleeding and if the baby was alive. After complaining and saying that he would not leave. The social worker got an ultrasound for all the women who were on hold. At 17:00, an ultrasound was performed, confirming a placental abruption and that the baby was alive. I was waiting for the blood test, and then the head nurse let me wait in the room with the other pregnant women, so I could take a shower and have dinner. At 8:20 pm I was seen again and discharged with an indication of moderate rest.
