★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura tanto interna quanto externa está muito velha. Os serviços prestados são bons, porém, há tumultos e falta de organização interna. Deveria ter dois clínicos gerais para coordenar o atendimento normal e prioritário, evitando filas e mimimi. O espaço do corredor é curto para atravessamentos, pois além de filas, há cadeirantes e idosos. O banheiro público se encontra muito perto das salas onde há filas. Salas pequenas. Poucos funcionários. Algum agente poderia organizar as filas ou fazer a atendente codificar as folhas impressas! Enfim, poderiam melhorar mais a estrutura!
The structure both internal and external is very old. The services provided are good, but there are riots and lack of internal organization. It should have two general practitioners to coordinate normal and priority care, avoiding queuing and mimimi. The space of the corridor is short for crossings, because in addition to queues, there are wheelchairs and seniors. The public bathroom is very close to the rooms where there are queues. Small rooms. Few employees. Some agent could organize the queues or have the attendant code the printed sheets! Anyway, could improve the structure more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui tomar uma vacina antitetânica ontem de tarde. Só tinha uma única pessoa atendendo pra todo tipo de vacina e em câmera lenta. Como estava demorando mt pra chamar, perguntei se a senhora estava chamando normalmente ou se tinha tido algum problema. Ela só sabia dizer uma única coisa: "tem todas as vacinas".
Nada além disso ela sabia falar. A fila estava cheia de mães com seus filhos nos braços esperando serem tbm atendidas. Desisti de tomar a vacina. No ritmo em que estava em 2021 eu seria atendida.
I went for a tetanus vaccine yesterday afternoon. There was only one person attending for all kinds of vaccines and in slow motion. As it was taking too long to call, I asked if the lady was calling normally or if she had a problem. She could only say one thing: "she has all the vaccines".
Nothing more than that she knew how to speak. The line was full of mothers with their children in their arms waiting to be taken care of. I gave up on getting the vaccine. At the rate I was in 2021, I would be attended to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento me surpreendeu muito desde a última vez que fui melhorou bastante só não está melhor pois os enfermeiros estão sobrecarregados com a quantidade de pessoas para atendender o hospital
Service surprised me a lot since the last time I went, it has improved a lot, it's just not better because the nurses are overloaded with the number of people to attend the hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito bom porém,um enfermeiro que era pra aplicar a injeção simplesmente fingiu que aplicou na hora eu estranhei porque não havia sentindo a picada da agulha mas quando cheguei em casa as dores que eu estava sentindo ao chegar no hospital voltaram e estranhei já que era pra fazer efeito o médicamento percebi que a região que ele aplicou a injeção não tinha nada nem marca e nem dor na região já que injeção intra muscular

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento aí é péssimo apenas ligue a moça no atendimento falto me engolir nossa agente precisa do atendimento mais não precisa engolir agente se anda com problema simplesmente eu tenho nada haver credo ter gentes q trabalhar mal amada sinto muito apenas ligue pra saber de uma informação de um destista mais simplesmente fui tratada super mal nessa recepção de até atendimento espero q esse hospital da primavera melhore o atendimento viu..pq o SUS pagar pra isso pra nós ser atendido com respeito e não com gente mal educados
The service there is terrible just call the girl at the service I need to swallow my agent needs the service but she doesn't need to swallow agent if she has a problem I simply have nothing to do with credo have people who work unloved I'm sorry just call to find out about information about I was a dentist but I was just treated super badly in this reception of even care I hope this spring hospital improves the care..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez que preciso e atendimento horrível, fiquei 30 minutos esperando pra ser chamado para sala de verificação, e nenhum consultório chamou paciente nesse tempo, já não aguentava mais esperar e tive que procurar outro hospital, acredito que nem médico tinha no dia, já que recepção estava cheia e nada de chamar paciência para o consultório.
First time I need and horrible service, I waited 30 minutes to be called to the check room, and no office called a patient in that time, I couldn't stand to wait any longer and I had to look for another hospital, I believe there wasn't even a doctor on the day, since reception was full and nothing to call patience for the office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior experiência que tive na vida. Ambiente sujo, recepcionista fala muito baixa e parece que está lá a força. Enfermeira foi gentil. E o médico foi totalmente irresponsável, insensível e nada profissional. Cheguei ao hospital com uma dor terrível no ouvido, estava há 3 dias com essa dor intensa. O médico apenas me disse que não ia receitar nada porque o remédio que estava tomando em casa resolveria (o que não resolveu e tive que ir em outro lugar onde fui bem atendido), ele também se recusou a passar alguma medicação lá no momento, e ainda afirmou para “procurar outro lugar”. Me senti constrangido que um HOSPITAL tenha esse tipo de conduta. Relatei para outros profissionais da UPA que fui e todos reprovaram a atitude do médico. É horrível ser maltratado assim, corri para assinar um plano de saúde urgentemente!
The worst experience I had in my life. Dirty environment, receptionist speaks very low and seems to be there by force. Nurse was kind. And the doctor was totally irresponsible, insensitive and unprofessional. I arrived at the hospital with a terrible pain in my ear, I had been in this intense pain for 3 days. The doctor just told me that he wasn't going to prescribe anything because the medicine he was taking at home would solve it (which didn't work and I had to go somewhere else where I was well cared for), he also refused to give me any medication there at the time, and He even stated to “look elsewhere”. I felt embarrassed that a HOSPITAL has this type of conduct. I reported to other professionals at the UPA that I went and they all disapproved of the doctor's attitude. It's horrible to be mistreated like this, I rushed to sign a health plan urgently!
