★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo. Péssimo atendimento. Marcamos horário por 2 vezes e o técnico não compareceu. Fiquei aguardando o mesmo as 10h de um sábado e nada. Não atende celular. Se tratam o cliente dessa forma imagino a qualidade da entrega.
I do not recommend. Terrible attendance. We made an appointment twice and the technician did not attend. I was waiting for the same 10 am on a Saturday and nothing. Does not answer cellphone. If they treat the customer this way I can imagine the quality of the delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mesmo com a constatação, pelo técnico, de que se tratava de um problema de urgência, demoraram 3 dias apenas para orçar o serviço, que devido a demora, foi executado com outra empresa. Se não conseguem atender com celeridade, não deveriam se chamar de "hospital"

O serviço foi feito no dia 13/10/20 e em menos de uma semana o aparador já tinha caído de novo, indicando uma manutenção mal feita. Acionei a empresa para refazer o reparo, e começaram as desculpas. Disseram para para fazer o reparo novamente, teriam que cobrar R$ 180,00. Um absurdo para um serviço que já tinha sido pago. Não recomendo o trabalho desta empresa.
I hired the company for some repairs, including repairing my window trimmer. The service was done on 10/13/20 and in less than a week the trimmer had already fallen again, indicating poor maintenance. I called the company to redo the repair, and the excuses started. They said to do the repair again, they would have to charge R $ 180.00. Absurd for a service that had already been paid for. I do not recommend the work of this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratrei esta empresa, que se diz especialista em fechamento de varanda, para troca de uma fechadura e destravamento de uma das folhas da minha vararanda.
No dia 19/11 foi realizado o serviço. Desde então, a qualquer garoa, está entra muita água na região da folha onde foi o reparo. Em 5 anos NUNCA entrou água. Depois da manutenção começou a entrar.
Tentei um contato com a empresa para solucionar o problema, e as respostas foram totalmente efusivas e de uma amadorismo tamanho - alegam que qualquer varanda não é estanque - OK, mas em 5 anos NUNCA havia entrado água, e após essa manutenção até com uma simples garoa (conforme foto anexa) entra bastante água.
NÃO RECOMENDO JAMAIS OS SERVIÇOS DESSA EMPRESA!
I hired this company, which claims to be a specialist in closing a balcony, to change a lock and unlock one of the leaves on my balcony.
On 11/19 the service was performed. Since then, in any drizzle, a lot of water is entering the leaf region where the repair was carried out. In 5 years, NEVER water has entered. After the maintenance started to come.
I tried to contact the company to solve the problem, and the answers were totally effusive and amateurish in size - they claim that any balcony is not watertight - OK, but in 5 years there was NEVER water in, and after that maintenance even with a simple drizzle (as attached photo) a lot of water enters.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICES OF THIS COMPANY!
