★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu nome é Sueli Martinez Guelpa Silva, fui atendida em 19/05 na parte psiquiátrica pela Dra. Silvana e o Dr. Luiz Guilherme, acabei parando lá devido a incompreensão de meus irmãos Valéria, Alessandra e Eduardo, com o consentimento de minha Mãe e meu marido Marcos Fabiano da Silva. Eu sou Bipolar, lá me trataram como se estivesse em crise "maníaca". Me deram medicação via oral e 3 injeções para sossegar a "leoa" aqui. A médica (Dra. Silvana) antes da segunda dose injetável parecia que ia me dar alta, mas o infeliz de meu irmão mais novo ameaçou-a que se me liberasse ele a processaria, com isso nunca passei tanta humilhação, pois quando foi para administrar a segunda injeção, a Dra. pediu para um enfermeiro "bruta montes" pegar ataduras, percebi que iam me amarar a cama, ainda disse a ela e ela desconversou, foi onde me pegaram a força, segundo um amigo policial aposentado, fizeram em acho que é "G8" em mim, onde me machucaram, e não foi pouco, tentei ligar na ouvidoria do hospital e não fui atendida, então vou procurar a polícia e fazer um B.O. contra a Dra., o enfermeiro "bruta montes" e meu infeliz irmão mais novo. Sou uma pessoa que detesta violência, e fui tratada como uma desequilibrada nesta tarde/noite fatídica. Não tenho nada contra o hospital, inclusive já trabalhei lá por 4 anos, na década de 80, fiquei muito decepcionada com esse tipo de tratamento. Tenho dó das pessoas que tem receio de denunciar esse tipo de "atrocidade". Ainda tenho marcas pelo corpo do "maravilhoso" tratamento.
 My name is Sueli Martinez Guelpa Silva, I was attended on 05/19 in the psychiatric part by Dr. Silvana and Dr. Luiz Guilherme, I ended up there because of the incomprehension of my brothers Valéria, Alessandra and Eduardo, with the consent of my Mother and my husband Marcos Fabiano da Silva. I'm Bipolar, there they treated me like I was in a "manic" crisis. I was given oral medication and 3 injections to settle the "lioness" here. The doctor (Dr. Silvana) before the second injectable dose seemed to be going to release me, but the unhappy young man threatened her that if she released me she would prosecute it, so I was never so humiliated, because when I went to administer the second injection, asked a nurse "gross mounds" to pick up bandages, I realized that they were going to tie me to the bed, I still told her and she misplaced it, it was where I got the force, according to a retired police friend, they did in I think it's "G8" in me , where they hurt me, and it was not enough, I tried to call the hospital's ombudsman and I was not answered, so I'm going to go to the police and make a BO against Dr., the "gross-hearted" nurse and my unhappy younger brother. I am a person who hates violence, and I was treated like an unbalanced person this fateful evening / night. I have nothing against the hospital, I even worked there for 4 years, in the 80's, I was very disappointed with this type of treatment. I pity people who are afraid to report this kind of "atrocity." I still have marks on the body of the "wonderful" treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, cheguei as 11:40 da manhã, sofri um acidente de moto, fui ser atendido as 14:00, pediram para tirar raio x e não sabiam se havia fratura ou não... fiquei na espera por mais 1 hora e ainda não sabiam, me mandou tirar um outro raio x fazendo força com meu pé super inchado... e por fim não souberam dizer... vim embora para casa sem saber se tive fratura ou não... totalmente incompetentes!! Um grande descaso...
Bad service, I arrived at 11:40 in the morning, had a motorcycle accident, I was treated at 14:00, asked to take x-ray and did not know if there was a fracture or not ... I waited for another hour and not yet you know, told me to take another x-ray with force on my super swollen foot ... and finally could not say ... I left home without knowing if I had a fracture or not ... totally incompetent !! A great neglect ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a pior experiência da minha vida ,me deixaram 2 dias esperando em uma maca ,sem medicação, sem alimentação e ainda me mandaram de volta sem fazer a cirurgia ,com 3 tumores na cabeça , sem falar a negligência médica ,e por parte da enfermagem e ainda fui totalmente humilhado pela parte médica
It was the worst experience of my life, they left me waiting for 2 days on a stretcher, without medication, without food and they even sent me back without surgery, with 3 head tumors, not to mention medical negligence, and nursing and I was totally humiliated by the medical part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um circo dos horrores,..não tem humanismo nenhum.. pessoas largadas em cadeiras por hrs e até dias ... Estamos em 2022 e os banheiros masculinos são juntos com os femininos..fiquei 30hrs sem comer .. estava simplesmente aguardando um resultado de exame .. gente acorda muda essa gestão ... Eles são treinados a falarem SÓ UM INSTANTE e isso dura hrs e até dias.. fiz meu exame ,estava com acesso na veia fiquei 12 hrs esperando o resultado.. tão simples me mandarem de volta para meu hospital e eles mandarem o resultado no EMAIL do meu hospital...pessoas passando mal com a demora...precisa de mais organização uma assistente social ali na famosa sala AMARELA em relação a comida ..pessoas que não estavam ali internada mas que já estavam ali a mais de 12 hrs com fome implorando por uma marmita ...uma senhora com 60 pontos no corpo ali esquecida na cadeira de rodas com fome ...troca a gestão pelo amor de Deus .. Querem ver um filme de horrores ? euntao vão lá ver ...Deu uma estrela pq não tinha a opção de nenhuma...
A circus of horrors,..there is no humanism at all..people left in chairs for hours and even days... We are in 2022 and the men's bathrooms are together with the women's..I went 30 hours without eating.. I was simply waiting for a result exam .. people wake up and change this management... They are trained to speak JUST ONE INSTANT and it lasts for hours and even days.. I took my exam, I had access to the vein, I stayed 12 hours waiting for the result.. so simple to send me back to my hospital and they send the result to my hospital's EMAIL...people feeling sick with the delay...needs more organization a social worker there in the famous YELLOW room regarding food ..people who weren't there hospitalized but who had already been there for more than 12 hours hungry begging for a lunch box ...a lady with 60 stitches in her body left there in her wheelchair hungry ...changes management for the love of God .. They want to see one horror movie? Euntao go and see...Give it one star because I didn't have the option for any...
