★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssimo hospital.. as filas são enormes e eles demoram uma eternidade para te atender, o médico pediu exames e não me falou o porque... e quando peguei os resoldados o médico não explicou nada, péssimo atendimento!!
terrible hospital... the lines are huge and they take forever to see you, the doctor asked for tests and didn't tell me why... and when I got the soldiers the doctor didn't explain anything, terrible service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento desde a recepção até o CC, foi muito bom, minha irmã tinha ido ao HU para ter nenê e lá mandaram ela embora, mas como ela ainda estava com dor, fomos ao HC o atendimento médico foi ótimo e graças ao ginecologista/obstetra que atendeu ela (não vou me lembrar o nome dele, o parto foi no dia 05/01/2022), viu que o nenê tinha feito cocô dentro da barriga, o que no HU o atendimento levou 6 horas, lá em menos de 1 hora e meia minha irmã tinha sido atendida e feito a cesariana de emergência, o hospital realmente precisa de mais atenção/recursos, mas o pessoal não tenho nada que reclamar.
The service from the reception to the SC was very good, my sister had gone to the HU to have a baby and they sent her away there, but as she was still in pain, we went to the HC the medical care was great and thanks to the gynecologist/obstetrician who attended her (I won't remember his name, the delivery was on 01/05/2022), saw that the baby had pooped inside the belly, which at the HU took 6 hours, there in less than 1 hour and a half my sister had been attended to and had an emergency cesarean section performed, the hospital really needs more attention/resources, but the staff have nothing to complain about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei com uma queixa as 5:50 da manhã, o medico solicitou todos os exames possíveis, medicou, equipe de enfermagem muito atenciosa, e o médico muito atencioso, explicou tudo, realmente preocupado com o paciente. Sai às 11:30 da manhã, demorou por conta dos exames, mas valeu muito a pena.
I arrived with a complaint at 5:50 am, the doctor requested all possible tests, medicated, very attentive nursing staff, and the very attentive doctor, explained everything, really concerned about the patient. I left at 11:30 in the morning, it took a while because of the exams, but it was well worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 19/02 tive meu bebê de parto normal. Fiquei sozinha na sala e sangrando bastante só as 6 da manhã quando trocou de turno que entrou umas enfermeiras que me orientaram e viram meu desespero e acolheram. A médica que fez o parto foi a edith foi tudo muito rápido tinha momentos que ela era grossa chegou até falar que o esforço que eu estava fazendo mataria meu filho. Na hora que estamos nessa situação temos medo e como é meu primeiro filho precisava de orientação não de grosseira. Enfim passou 22 dias os pontos caíram mas ainda me incomodava muito, não conseguia nem ficar 5 min em pé. Pedi pro meu marido olhar pra vê como estava os pontos mas ele viu que tinha algo obstruindo resumindo esqueceram uma gases dentro de mim. Fui na msm hora pro hospital e era a msm médica que fez o parto. E era um pano grande dps de tantos dias já estava podre e o cheiro nem se fala. Me senti horrível, meu marido queria falar cm alguem na hora porque isso foi negligência mas eu só queria ir embora daquele lugar. E fora que antes de receber alta eu vi que tinha um negócio pendurado e perguntei pra enfermeira que era normal e ela disse que não quando foi vê esqueceram um dreno. O medico que me deu alta retirou mas não examinou direito se não teria visto o pano tbm. Como estava por dentro foi sorte eu ter pedido pro meu marido olhar porque minha consulta de pós parto tava marcada só pra dia 4 de abril. Agora magina esse pano dentro de mim por mais de 1 mês. E assim que ela retirou senti um alívio imediato. Hoje estou bem melhor mas por Deus msm. Quem for ganhar bebe nesse hospital brigue pra ter os direitos atendidos. Eles priorizam o parto normal mas é o normal deles. Ninguém me perguntou nada eu estudei a gravidez toda planejando um parto humanizado mas não teve nada de humano.
On 02/19 I had my baby by normal delivery. I was alone in the room and bleeding a lot only at 6 in the morning when I changed shifts when some nurses came in who guided me and saw my despair and welcomed me. The doctor who delivered the baby was Edith, it was all very fast, there were moments when she was rude, she even said that the effort I was making would kill my son. At the time we are in this situation we are afraid and as it is my first child I needed guidance not rude. Anyway, 22 days passed, the stitches fell out but it still bothered me a lot, I couldn't even stand 5 minutes. I asked my husband to look to see how the stitches were but he saw that there was something obstructing, in short, they forgot a gas inside me. I went to the hospital at the same time and it was the same doctor who delivered the baby. And it was a big cloth after so many days it was already rotten and the smell is not even mentioned. I felt horrible, my husband wanted to talk to someone right away because it was negligence but I just wanted to leave that place. And before being discharged, I saw that there was a thing hanging and I asked the nurse that it was normal and she said no, when she went to see it, they forgot a drain. The doctor who released me took it out but didn't examine it properly if he wouldn't have seen the cloth too. As I was inside, I was lucky that I asked my husband to look because my postpartum appointment was only scheduled for April 4th. Now magina this cloth inside me for more than 1 month. And as soon as she withdrew I felt immediate relief. Today I'm much better but by God. Whoever wins a baby in this hospital fights to have their rights met. They prioritize normal delivery, but it's normal for them. Nobody asked me anything I studied the entire pregnancy planning a humanized birth but there was nothing human about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo hospital , estive pela segunda vez no mesmo dia , um médico que se diz diretor do hospital Dr MARIANO EDGAR FLORES RIVERO , mal olhou na minha cara não me examinou , me informou que meus sintomas não tinha nada haver com Covid , me receitou um paracetamol e um xarope, mesmo informando sobre o risco de ter uma bebê e ela estar amamentando . Fui atras para fazer o exame de Covid particular e o resultado positivo . Recorri novamente ao hospital sendo atendida pelo mesmo médico que novamente não olhou na minha cara e me mandou pra casa com 1 dia de afastamento do trabalho e sem ter me dado quaisquer medicação para dor , não pude ter um novo atendimento com outro médico.
Terrible hospital, I was there for the second time on the same day, a doctor who claims to be the director of the hospital Dr MARIANO EDGAR FLORES RIVERO, barely looked at my face, did not examine me, informed me that my symptoms had nothing to do with Covid, prescribed me a paracetamol and a syrup, even informing about the risk of having a baby and her being breastfeeding. I went back to take the private Covid exam and the positive result. I went to the hospital again being attended by the same doctor who again did not look me in the face and sent me home with 1 day off work and without having given me any pain medication, I could not have a new appointment with another doctor.
