★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um absurdo o local, pessoas que estão fazendo tratamento para o câncer aglomeradas, demora para atendimento, os pacientes que chegam para fazer consulta de emergência, ficam juntos aos que fazem quimioterapia... Falta de respeito! Criança esperando consulta com o pediatra( lembrando que a maioria das crianças são assintomáticas) sentada ao lado de pacientes debilitados por conta da quimioterapia. Tudo isso em plena pandemia.... Consulta marcada para às 7h da manhã....quase 9h e nada... enquanto isso o povo se aglomera, tosse, crianças chora e o vírus circula. Parabéns aos administradores, será que se fosse seu pai, mãe, avó , avô, etc seria assim também? Lamentável.
 The place is absurd, people who are undergoing cancer treatment are crowded together, delays in care, patients who arrive for an emergency consultation, stay together with those undergoing chemotherapy... Lack of respect! Child waiting for an appointment with the pediatrician (remembering that most children are asymptomatic) sitting next to debilitated patients due to chemotherapy. All this in the midst of a pandemic.... Appointment scheduled for 7 am....almost 9 am and nothing... meanwhile, people gather, cough, children cry and the virus circulates. Congratulations to the administrators, would it be if it was your father, mother, grandmother, grandfather, etc. would it be like this too? Unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ao turista. Desde à recepção aos médicos. Total descompromisso com o paciente, em especial a atendente de nome Roberta da recepção, super mal educada e despreparada para a função que exerce. Lamentável!
Poor service to tourists. From reception to doctors. Total lack of commitment to the patient, especially the attendant named Roberta at the reception, super rude and unprepared for her role. Unfortunate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 21/11/2020 em torno de 18h00 em um momento de apuro precisei usar a rede hospitalar pública, pq a rede privada só tinha no centro de São Sebastião e eu estava no Cambury passando por um sofrimento causado por um pequeno acidente e não aguentaria me deslocar até lá, confesso que fui morrendo de medo. Nós que vivemos na redoma dos convênios temos uma imagem ruim do público. Mas do atendimento na recepção, passando pela triagem, segurança, médica e enfermagem só tenho boas memórias, fui bem atendida e tratada com respeito. A doutora Claudia Doi Antunes é um espetáculo à parte, super atenciosa, educada e uma excelente profissional, me deu todo o suporte para fazer o procedimento junto com sua assistente da enfermagem, pensou na melhor forma de me ajudar e não na forma mais fácil para ela e que fosse mais rentável ao hospital (como acontece e em alguns privados). Me senti no dever de relatar este episódio porque sempre que uso a rede privada temos a recomendação de avaliar e pq não avaliar positivamente a rede pública? Olha que tem 25 anos que só uso a rede particular e nem sempre tenho bons atendimentos. Parabéns aos profissionais que nos aliviam as dores. Muitíssimo obrigado e que Deus os abençoe.
On 11/21/2020 around 6:00 pm at a time of need I needed to use the public hospital network, because the private network only had in the center of São Sebastião and I was in Cambury suffering from a small accident and I couldn't take it I go there, I confess that I was scared to death. We who live in the dome of covenants have a bad image of the public. But from the reception service, through screening, security, medical and nursing, I only have good memories, I was well attended and treated with respect. Doctor Claudia Doi Antunes is a spectacle apart, super attentive, polite and an excellent professional, she gave me all the support to do the procedure together with her nursing assistant, she thought about the best way to help me and not the easiest way to it and that it would be more profitable to the hospital (as it happens and in some private ones). I felt I had the duty to report this episode because whenever I use the private network we have the recommendation to evaluate and why not evaluate the public network positively? Look, it's 25 years old that I only use the private network and I don't always have good service. Congratulations to the professionals who relieve our pain. Thank you very much and may God bless you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu neto com febre de 39 ..chegando não tinha ninguém...pedi para que chama se o enfermeiro para medir ...enquanto a atendente fazendo a tal ficha .....o enfermeiro veio e deixou *eu*vendo a febre ....achei o cúmulo......horrível descaso isso porque é convênio....pediatra péssima...ao examinar diz que o pequeno estava começo de uma possível infecção de garganta e que não poderia passar nada por enquanto .....e se ele tivesse febre voltasse para ela entrar com outro medicamento .péssimo atendimento sai de caraguatatuba pensando que nesse hospital a estrutura seria melhor
I took my grandson with a fever of 39 ..when he arrived, there was no one...I asked him to call the nurse to measure it...while the attendant was making the record .....the nurse came and left *me* seeing the fever ....I thought it was too much......horrible neglect, this is because it is a health insurance....a terrible pediatrician...when examining him, he says that the little one was beginning of a possible throat infection and that he could not go through anything while .....and if he had a fever he would come back for her to come in with another medication .bad care leaves Caraguatatuba thinking that the structure would be better in this hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento de péssima qualidade há gestante e parturiente, levei minha nora no dia 22/02/2022 com uma carta de internacão do ginecologista do pré natal ,indicando necessidade de cesárea,minha nora foi conduzida sozinha para o interior do hospital , e ficou lá por mais de 40 minutos aguardando atendimento, em uma sala de espera onde uma outra gestante com fortes contrações e muita dor que aguardava atendimento há horas , teve seu bebê na cadeira ao lado de minha nora sem auxilio médico ou da enfermagem, e o bebêzinho teve problemas devido há falta de atendimento , não foi permitida a entrada de acompanhante , e as informações eram desencontradas,
também havia a exigencia de passaporte vacinal inconstitucional e quem nao apresentasse o comprovante automaticamente era proibido de visitar ou acompanhar seus familiares porém o hospital por obrigação deveria fornecer o teste e se negava há isso em ato totalmente inconstitucional ( já que decreto NÃO É LEI !!!!), enfim depois que falei umas verdades ali e horrorizada com tudo que minha nora e viu e passou há levei para a maternidade de CARAGUATATUBA ONDE ELA FOI MUITO BEM ATENDIDA sem exigencia de passaporte incinstitucional com EXPERIMENTOS EM GESTANTES E TEVE ATENDIMENTO HUMANIZADO

Poor quality care for pregnant women and parturients, I took my daughter-in-law on 02/22/2022 with an admission letter from the prenatal gynecologist, indicating the need for a cesarean, my daughter-in-law was taken alone to the interior of the hospital, and stayed there for more than 40 minutes waiting for care, in a waiting room where another pregnant woman with strong contractions and a lot of pain who had been waiting for care for hours, had her baby in the chair next to my daughter-in-law without medical or nursing help, and the little baby had problems due to lack of service, the entry of a companion was not allowed, and the information was not found,
there was also the requirement for an unconstitutional vaccination passport and anyone who did not automatically present the proof was prohibited from visiting or accompanying their family members, but the hospital, out of obligation, should provide the test and it was denied in a totally unconstitutional act (since decree IS NOT LAW!! !!), anyway, after I spoke some truths there and horrified by everything my daughter-in-law saw and passed there, I took her to the maternity hospital in CARAGUATATUBA WHERE SHE WAS VERY WELL ATTENDED without requiring an uninstitutional passport with EXPERIENCES IN PREGNANT WOMEN AND HAD HUMANIZED CARE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not accept debit/credit cards, which is an absurd in itself. Where am I supposed to get cash at 10pm, Christmas' eve? It's, supposedly, an ER, but the doctor will not be bothered to stop his dinner to como see the patients.
