I would just like you to adjust the time of the emergency. I went today (31.10.20) and it was closed. The hours are from 7am to 10pm and not open 24h as shown on the page.

I couldn't make an appointment by phone, or zap, or app. Hours on end and I couldn't. Bad service zap. It takes hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consulta nunca no horário. Incrivel como uma consulta não consegue ser realizada no horário. Ultima vez, tivemos uma consulta marcada pras 9:20 e 11:30 nao tivemos atendemento. Total descaso com o paciente.
Query never on time. Amazing how a consultation cannot be done on time. Last time, we had an appointment scheduled for 9:20 and 11:30 we had no appointment. Total disregard for the patient.

Worst hospital to get an appointment, ridiculous to stay more than 15 minutes to be able to talk to someone and then the call drops
