★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica afirma que seu horário é até às 18h, mas ao chegar às 17:20h no local, com uma urgência, não havia mais nenhum médico oftalmologista para atender. Não recomendo em casos de urgência.
 The clinic says its hours are until 6 pm, but when it arrives at 5:20 pm on the spot, with an urgency, there was no more ophthalmologist to attend. I do not recommend it in urgent cases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avisaram a minha mãe que o exame seria às 9hrs, mas não a avisaram que seria necessário chegar às 7hrs para dilatar a pupila. Ela ligou as 7h40 pra confirmar o horário e disseram que não adiantaria mais ela ir pois não daria mais tempo realizar o exame e ainda a acusaram de ter esquecido o horário. Falta de consideração com o paciente é péssimo atendimento.
They told my mother that the exam would be at 9 am, but they did not warn that it would be necessary to arrive at 7 am to dilate the pupil. She called at 7:40 am to confirm the time and said it would be no use for her to go because there would be no more time to take the exam and they even accused her of forgetting the time. Lack of consideration for the patient is terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A atendente meio mal humorada se recusou a ligar pra unimed pra agilizar a consulta, pois o qr code não estava passando. Afirmou que não poderia. Ao chegar na Unimed, me disseram que isso não poderia ter ocorrido, que o paciente não pode ficar sem atendimento e que uma ligação resolveria.
The attendant a bit grumpy refused to call unimed to expedite the consultation, because the qr code was not going through. He said he couldn't. Upon arriving at Unimed, they told me that this could not have happened, that the patient cannot be left unattended and that a call would solve it.

Great service. Starting with the guard, well-educated attendants and the best ophthalmologists. I was treated by Dr. João Pedro and my daughter went to him in the same week too.
