★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fui informado que o médico atende das 17h as 18h e por ordem de chegada. Cheguei as 16:20h e fui informado que era o 3° da fila para a consulta. Às 18:05h pedi o estorno da minha consulta, pois considerei um absurdo a espera devido a informação que o médico atenderia até às 18h. Fui embora sem ser atendido.
 Terrible attendance. I was informed that the doctor answers from 17h to 18h and by order of arrival. I arrived at 4:20 pm and was told it was 3rd in line for the appointment. At 18: 05h I requested the reversal of my consultation, because I considered it absurd to wait because of the information that the doctor would attend until 18h. I left without being answered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já estive aí umas 3 vezes porque necessitava do atendimento médico, INFELIZMENTE fui sempre atendido pela recepcionista Glaucya que não demostra em nenhuma das vezes que precisei dela simpatia, cordialidade, paciência! Meu plano é intercâmbio e precisa sempre ligar para ele para solicitar a liberação pois ela todas as vezes diz que não vai ligar porque tem muitas pessoas para atender! Essa foi a ÚLTIMA VEZ que procuro essa clínica! Não aconselho pra ninguém!
I've been there about 3 times because I needed medical attention, UNFORTUNATELY I was always attended by the receptionist Glaucya who does not show any time I needed her sympathy, cordiality, patience! My plan is exchange and always need to call her to request release because she always says she won't call because she has too many people to answer! That was the LAST time I've been looking for this clinic! I do not advise anyone!

Previsão,só que deles vez eu não aguentei ver aquela multidão bovinamente aguardando, não sei como esses médicos conseguem ver isso e não fazer consultas c hora marcada e encaixe.É desumano achar que as pessoas têm que reservar um período inteiro do seu dia p ser atendido,algumas c curativos, constrangedor! Acabei que desmarquei e tinha um outro profissional q atendia c hora marcada, lá mesmo. Se conseguir ser atendida espero reavaliar o atendimento em si pq a arrogância em deixar as pessoas esperando avalio bem mau !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Eu tinha consulta marcada com o Dr Márcio Valença, às 11h. Cheguei meia hora antes, me apresentei na recepção e fiquei no aguardo. Quase duas horas de espera, fui perguntar quantas pessoas faltavam para serem atendidas na minha frente, fui comunicada que só faltava um, me pediram que eu aguardasse na segunda sala de espera, fui e fiquei do lado do penúltimo paciente, o mesmo foi chamado, passou uns 10min com o médico e saiu, eu fiquei esperando, depois de uns 10min e nada de ser chamada, entrou um funcionário no consultório do médico para ser atendido. Fui na recepção e perguntei pq eu não tinha sido chamada, recepcionista falou que o médico estava atendendo um funcionário. Foi o limite, solicitei o cancelamento da consulta depois de mais 2h de espera.

Almost two hours of waiting, I asked how many people were left to be served in front of me, I was told that only one was missing, I was asked to wait in the second waiting room, I went and was next to the second to last patient, he was called, he spent about 10 minutes with the doctor and left, I was waiting, after about 10 minutes and nothing to be called, an employee entered the doctor's office to be seen. I went to the front desk and asked why I had not been called, the receptionist said that the doctor was attending an employee. It was the limit, I asked to cancel the consultation after another 2 hours of waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi regular. Fiz um raio-x, mas no dia marcado da entrega não entregaram meu exame e esperei o dia todo, não me deram nenhum retorno. Foi muito negativo, eu preciso muito do resultado do exame. Amanhã vou tentar novamente obter o resultado do meu exame. Não sei o que fazer...
Hoje me ligaram, pediram desculpas e eu consegui pegar meu exame. Porém tem outra pessoa da minha família que infelizmente optou em fazer o raio-x tbm e a entrega estava prevista pra hoje. Até agora não conseguimos. Liguei pela manhã e não estava pronto. Liguei agora a tarde e até agora não me.deram nenhuma resposta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma cirurgia, patelar e preciso fazer outra o pino foi colocado no local errado. Fora a anestesia que subiu ar para Minha cabeça tive uma semana de dor insuportável. Depois fui a 4 especialistas nem um quer fazer minha cirurgia porque eles falaram que foi erro médico.
I had a patellar surgery and I need to do another one, the pin was placed in the wrong place. Apart from the anesthesia that air rose to My head I had a week of unbearable pain. Then I went to 4 specialists, not one of them wants to do my surgery because they said it was a medical error.

The whole staff over all is excellent at listening, something I've hardly ever encountered in medicin practitioners.
