★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma estrela pq não pode ser 0 , bando de indescritível lá , tô aguentando vários dias uma ligação pra tirar um fixador da minha perna e até agora nunca ligaram , por eles agente morre , só atendem caso de emergência, se não for emergência eles mandam pra casa bando de irresponsável que não tão nem aí com a saúde dos outros
 A star cuz it can't be 0, bunch of indescribable there, I'm taking several days a call to take a fixer off my leg and until now they never called, for them we die, they only answer in case of emergency, if not emergency they send to house bunch of irresponsible who don't care about the health of others

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 23 dias nesse lugar e ninguém fala da situação do paciente. Sem contar que os médicos não sabe da Informações do paciente, eles pergunta é para o paciente.
Total descaso, tives pontos na perna que eu mesma tive que tirar, sem contar que ficarei com uma cicatriz desnecessária.
Pagamos impostos para receber esse tipo de tratamento...

23 days in this place and nobody talks about the patient's situation. Not to mention that doctors don't know the patient's information, they ask the patient.
Total neglect, you have stitches on your leg that I had to remove myself, not to mention that I'll be left with an unnecessary scar.
We pay taxes to receive this type of treatment...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foram 2 dias terríveis que passei nesse lugar, estava com minha avó no corredor, ela com Alzheimer estava com a clavícula quebrada estava em uma cadeira e depois em uma maca, mas nunca consegui uma cama pra ela, presenciei cenas homens de descanso com as pessoas.Falta mais humanidade e se coloca no lugar do outro pra melhorar.
It was 2 terrible days that I spent in this place, I was with my grandmother in the hallway, she with Alzheimer's had a broken collarbone she was in a chair and then on a stretcher, but I never got her a bed, I witnessed scenes of men resting with people .It lacks more humanity and puts itself in the other's shoes to improve.
