★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não leve o seu celular para conserto nesta loja! Eles fazem serviço sem garantia. Isso mesmo que você ouviu: SERVIÇO SEM GARANTIA. Você vai receber o seu aparelho - depois de um longo tempo, em que você tem que ligar todo dia para o local - e pergunta à proprietária sobre a garantia (no mínimo de 03 meses, segundo a lei) e ela simplesmente desconversa, não entrega comprovante algum de garantia, desrespeitando o Código de Defesa do Consumidor. Tive duas experiências péssimas com dois aparelhos celulares: serviços mal feitos e dinheiro perdido, antes dos 03 meses. Além de desrespeitar o direito do consumidor, a loja se destaca pelo amadorismo. Então, se você busca um serviço profissional, passe longe dessa loja, a não ser que você queira apenas adquirir acessórios para celular.
Do not take your phone for repair in this store! They do service without warranty. That's right you heard: SERVICE WITHOUT WARRANTY. You will receive your device - after a long time, in which you have to call the location every day - and ask the owner about the warranty (at least 03 months, according to the law) and she simply decrypts, does not deliver proof of any warranty, disregarding the Consumer Protection Code. I had two terrible experiences with two cell phones: poor services and lost money, before 03 months. In addition to disrespecting consumer rights, the store stands out for its amateurism. So, if you are looking for a professional service, stay away from this store, unless you just want to buy cell phone accessories.
