Levei meu notebook para avaliação e me disseram que o problema era na bios e que ela precisava de uma regravação. Me cobraram R$430. Não confiei, pois tinha ciência que o problema não era esse e sim outro bem mais simples e que poderia ser resolvido não só de forma menos custoso, mas honesta. Avaliei em outro lugar, o problema era no cabo flat do HD. Me mostraram o notebook funcionando com um cabo flat novo. O Hospital do Notebook havia falado que não era esse o problema, que até tinham testado. Comprei o cabo flat novo, troquei e estou aqui com meu notebook em perfeito estado, funcionando. Fica o alerta para que eles sejam mais honestos com o trabalho.
Based on my experience, this is an unprofessional and unreliable place for assessments and repairs. I took my notebook for evaluation and was told the problem was with the bios and that it needed a rewrite. They charged me R$430. I didn't trust it, because I was aware that the problem was not that, but a much simpler one that could be solved not only in a less costly way, but honestly. I evaluated elsewhere, the problem was with the HD flat cable. I was shown the notebook working with a new ribbon cable. Notebook Hospital had said that this was not the problem, that they had even tested it. I bought the new ribbon cable, replaced it and I'm here with my notebook in perfect condition, working. Be alert for them to be more honest with their work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei dois notebooks Dell pra avaliar problema. Pedi avaliação pois um não ligava. O diagnóstico foi de que o touchscreen do meu Dell tinha bugado e precisava ser desativado. Até aí, ok. Após o serviço, Ele voltou ligando, porém com problema na bateria (agora aparece aviso que tem que trocar, sendo que NUNCA tinha aparecido nenhum aviso de falha de bateria); e a câmera e o microfone não funcionam mais pois, segundo essa empresa, são interligados com o touchscreen. ??♀️ O outro notebook foi ser avaliado com problema no botão de som que ficava ativando sozinho na tela e voltou sem nenhuma tecla do teclado funcionando. ?? Só derrota. Sinceramente, não me ajudaram em nada. Paguei só pra ter dor de cabeça. ? NÃO INDICO!
I took two Dell notebooks to evaluate the problem. I asked for an evaluation because one did not care. The diagnosis was that my Dell touchscreen had buggy and needed to be disabled. Until then, ok. After the service, He came back calling, but with a problem with the battery (now a warning that needs to be changed appears, and there had NEVER appeared any warning of battery failure); and the camera and microphone no longer work because, according to this company, they are interconnected with the touchscreen. ??♀️ The other notebook was evaluated with a problem with the sound button that kept activating itself on the screen and came back without any keys on the keyboard working. ?? Only defeat. Honestly, they didn't help me at all. I paid just to have a headache. ? I DO NOT INDICATE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achava que a fonte do meu computador estava queimada. Compareci ao Hospital do Notebook com o objetivo de comprar outra. O João me atendeu, informou que não trabalhava com aquele tipo de fonte. Mas pediu pra analizar a fonte e CONSTATOU que o problera era APENAS o cabo de energia. Para minha surpresa e flicidade já que o valor é bem inferior a uma fonte. Fica aqui meu elogio pela simpatia e interesse em solucionar o meu problema. Gratidão e parabens!
I thought my computer's power supply was burned out. I went to Hospital do Notebook with the objective of buying another one. João answered me, informed me that he did not work with that type of source. But asked to analyze the source and found that the problem was JUST the power cable.
