★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo!!! Levei meu triciclo em julho orientado pela fabricante do brinquedo , para avaliar a perda de força do brinquedo e o atendente disse que entraria em contato pra dar o diagnóstico. Uma semana depois fui atras... ele nem tinha desmontado o triciclo... depois de alguns dias disse que era bateria, apesar do brinquedo ter 5 meses de uso. Pedi entao pra trocar... uns dias depois falou que nao tinha pra comprar , mas que estaria pedindo na fabrica... 3 meses depois, sem notícias da bateria , voltei la. Disse que nao tinha e ficou por isso, nem avisou ..,Liguei na fabrica e falaram que nem estavam sabendo do caso, mas que providenciaram em 2 dias. Pedi entao pra montar o triciclo que ia levar embora... disse grosseiramente q nao tinha tempo pra isso e que era pra voltar na semana seguinte, entao falei que ia levar desmontado mesmo , e daí pediu pra voltar no outro dia pq estava uma bagunça o local e nem sabia onde estava...descaso e falta de respeito...
Terrible!!! I took my tricycle in July guided by the toy manufacturer to evaluate the toy's loss of strength and the attendant said he would contact you to give the diagnosis. A week later I was behind ... he had not even disassembled the tricycle ... after a few days said it was battery, although the toy has 5 months of use. So I asked to change ... a few days later said that I had not to buy, but would be asking at the factory ... 3 months later, without news of the battery, I came back. He said he did not have and was therefore not warned .., I called the factory and said they were not even aware of the case, but they provided in 2 days. So I asked to ride the tricycle that was going to take away ... said rudely that I had no time for that and it was to come back the following week, so I said I was going to take it apart, and then asked to come back the other day because it was a mess the place and didn't even know where it was ... neglect and lack of respect ...
