★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi tamanho desrespeito ao paciente e familiares. Meu pai de 84 anos foi fazer uma angioplastia, mentiram para a família o dia inteiro. Por varias vezes perguntávamos como estava indo o procedimento e a resposta era sempre a mesma “ele será o próximo” depois de 6 horas soubemos que o médico nem no hospital estava. No dia seguinte ligaram para avisar que estava de alta, chegamos no hospital em 15 minutos, depois de uma hora aguardando disseram que estava almoçando. Depois de mais uma hora disseram que estava dormindo. Conclusão depois que deram alta, sem nenhuma explicação sedaram meu pai que não pode sair do hospital. Isso com plano de saúde!! Nenhum médico ou responsável se dirigiu a família para dar qualquer esclarecimento
I have never seen such disrespect for the patient and family. My 84-year-old father went for an angioplasty, they lied to the family all day. Several times we asked how the procedure was going and the answer was always the same “he will be next” after 6 hours we learned that the doctor was not even in the hospital. The next day they called to say he was discharged, we arrived at the hospital in 15 minutes, after an hour waiting they said he was having lunch. After another hour they said he was sleeping. Conclusion after they were discharged, without any explanation they sedated my father who cannot leave the hospital. That with health insurance !! No doctor or guardian went to the family to give any clarification

Vim com a minha mãe passando mal com dor no peito e atenderam a gente de uma forma desumana e com extremo desdém, eu espero de verdade que nenhum de vocês passem por isso é nenhum familiar de vocês,que trabalham nesse hospital, passem por essa situação!
Bad service, lack of humanity from the health professionals who are there! I came with my mother feeling sick with chest pain and they treated us in an inhumane way and with extreme disdain, I really hope that none of you go through this is any of your family, who work in this hospital, go through this situation !

Não indico a ninguém, melhor ir no Regional Leste. Pelo menos é grátis, porque pagar pra receber um atendimento desses não compensa.
Tenho crises fortíssimas de vesícula e ja tive que vc esperar mais de uma hora e meia por atendimento, e contar com o péssimo atendimento da recepcionista.
Ja tive problemas com um enfermeiro que aplicou medicação de forma errada e eu fiquei por quase um ano com um caroço enorme, bem na dobra no braço.
O caroço era tao grande e duro que fui fazer um exame de sangue e a enfermeira chefe do lugar , chamou as outras enfermeiras pra ver.
Disse que nunca havia algo daquele tipo

I've had problems with a nurse who applied medication wrongly and I stayed for almost a year with a huge lump, right in the crook of my arm.
The lump was so big and hard that I went for a blood test and the head nurse of the place called the other nurses to see.
Said there was never anything like that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre, quando precisei de um serviço de emergência, fui ao hospital Dr. João Felício. Porém, nessa semana, meu pai foi tratado com o maior descaso do mundo. Ele foi encaminhado por um cardiologista do plano de saúde que também faz parte do plano de saúde do hospital. Meu pai precisará fazer uma cirurgia, e por ligação, fui tratada com descaso. A atendente do ambulatório é extremamente despreparada, e ao ir no hospital com meu pai, ainda tivemos que ouvir da atendente do ambulatório: "Não sei porquê mandam todos pra cá". Cadê a humanidade? Ter que ouvir isso, mesmo com a dor e a preocupação com uma das pessoas que você mais ama ter que passar por uma cirurgia cardiovascular. Treinem melhor seus atendentes, e deem uma atenção especial a atendente do ambulatório de cardiologia. O tratamento foi totalmente DESUMANO.

He was referred by a cardiologist from the health plan who is also part of the hospital's health plan. My father will need to have surgery, and by phone call, I was treated with disrespect. The ambulatory attendant is extremely unprepared, and when going to the hospital with my father, we still had to hear from the ambulatory attendant: "I don't know why they send everyone here". Train your attendants better, and pay special attention to the cardiology outpatient attendant. The treatment was totally INHUMAN.
